2. So we cangrabthe QuickSelectionTool (Wkey) andmakea selectionoutsideandthehand, andhit Ctrl + Shift + I to inverse the
selection:
ThenGrabtheSmudgeToolfrom theToolboxandapplythe followingsettings:
Increasethe brushsize to approximatelythesameas the width of the arm (as shown below):

3. Left-clickandhold,andmove the Brush towardthe positionas shownbelow:
You willsee allthe hairmagicallydisappeared!Butit doesn’tendhere, we stillhave a bit retouchjobto do to makeit look better
