1. Hair and Makeup Requirements
I plan to organise a photo shoot for both the magazine cover and
poster. I will perform the shoot for both the magazine cover and
poster in one, saving time for myself, my actors and hair and makeup.
So that I have a variety of images to choose from, I will perform one
shoot on location, whilst shooting another in the studio. As posters
and magazine covers typically only star the main characters of the
film, I will only need the protagonists of my film for this.
Ideas
Hair
As the genre is action, I feel as if hair needs to be kept relatively
simple. I want my models to look like everyday human beings.
Although I want to keep the actors hair very simple, I have asked a
Hair Student from Harlow College to work with me in order to ensure
that hair is kept tidy.
Makeup
Again I would like to generally keep makeup looking clean and
simple. For general makeup requirements I will be requiring the
actors to do this themselves. However, if any special effect style
makeup is needed such as blood I shall arrange for a makeup artist to
do this.
Arrangements
Hair
Thomas Martin has agreed to style the models hair for both the
location and studio photographs. Hair will only need to be styled
slightly; this is because the models hair will be relatively natural.
Makeup
The actors themselves will generally do their own makeup. However,
if anything substantial (i.e. blood etc) needs to be created I have both
a makeup artist and face painter in mind.
