This document discusses a training model for "not-only-explainers", or science communicators and educators. It proposes a partnership between universities and museums to provide theoretical and practical training. This training would focus on developing educators' self-reflective thinking and ability to jointly construct knowledge with diverse audiences. The goal is to move beyond explainers who just transmit information, and instead support a new kind of professional focused on exchange, practice, and conceptual thinking through their activities.
