Orion Nebulae Research Paper
Nebulae inside the Milky Way Galaxy or separate, distant Galaxies?
Discoveries of what were termed nebulae began in the early 17th century. The first of these
discoveries was the Orion Nebula, which looked like a normal star to the naked eye. French scholar
Peiresc discovered it in 1610 using one of the first telescopes to be made. Later, in 1656, Christiaan
Huygens observed the interior of the Orion Nebula and determined that it consisted of a compact
quadruple star system instead of a singular star. During the 18th and 19th century, nebulas were
discovered even though astronomers were mainly scanning the sky for comets. Some major
astronomers who contributed greatly to the discovery of nebulas, among other things, during the 18th
and 19th century were Messier and the Herschel family. Though the instrumentation available to
astronomers during the 18th and 19th century were highly advanced compared to earlier times, they
weren t advanced enough to detect the motion of extragalactic objects or their composition. This lack
of precision instrumentation, and thus the dissociation from motion of stars/star clusters/nebulae, were
the main reasons astronomers during this ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The ability to obtain the light spectrum of starlight was a big step, which allowed for the
determination of motion in 3 D space. Astrophotography especially the dry plates was a major
technological development during this period which led up to the classification of nebulae as distant
galaxies/star systems. Telescopes could be mounted with plate holders and spectrographs or studio
cameras could be mounted with a prism on top to show spectra of the objects being photographed. All
these developments greatly contributed to early 20th century astronomers ability to realize that many
nebulae weren t inside the Milky Way but rather were separate star systems of their

The Risk Factors For Entering Street Level Prostitution
Several studies have been conducted looking at the risk factors for entering street level prostitution,
the characteristics of those involved, and the barriers to exiting. For example, Kramer and Berg (2003)
examined the influence of minority status, education level, and the experience of risk factors (such as
physical and sexual abuse) on entry into prostitution. It is important to learn why women enter
prostitution in order to better learn what barriers may be trapping them in the work. Women were
located and surveyed through a program set up for prostitutes that worked both inside and outside of a
women s prison. The study found that half of the women were physically or sexually abused and that
continuing education reduced the risk of women entering prostitution (Kramer Berg, 2003).
Mansson Hedin (1999) found that 75% of women involved in street level prostitution had had difficult
childhoods, characterized by sexual and physical abuse, negative relationships with parents, and rape
experiences. This is similar to what Kramer and Berg (2003) found, that 49% of women involved in
sex work had been physically abused by a family member and 47% had been sexually abused. The
lack of emotional support from their families and their desensitization of abuse are major risk factors
for women entering prostitution.
Baker and Winebarger (2004) gathered information on health problems, feelings of stigmatization, life
satisfaction, and literacy skills of women who are involved in

The Duel Essay
In reviewing John Lukacs, The Duel, I noticed that the author has other intentions in mind besides the
facts. Lukacs gives a very precise account of the actualy events during those eighty days but in my
opinion he wants the reader to grab the bigger concepts. One of these concepts is that Lukacs wants
the reader to honestly consider just how close the Allies came to losing the war. Another of these
notions is the idea that the main difference between Churchill and Hitler concerned nationalism versus
patriotism and a third idea is just how greatly history can be effected by the courageous decisions of a
few people.Lukacs makes strong mention of how close Hitler came to victory.
Hitler got everything he wanted for so long, without even ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
We can all understand this, especially when looking back at the horror of WWII. Hitler abused the
idea of nationalism and thet is why the author made sure not to leave this footnote out of his book.
Hitler got the german people to follow him under this demented idea that Germany should be
considered better than everybody else, and yet it is astonishing that nobody seemed to noticed that
Hitler was not even a German. Lukacs wants the reader to raise these questions to themselves so they
can see how unique this entire situation was.
The idea that the entire course of history is changed by the decisions of a few people is a very
important notion in the book. The hesitance of Hitler in early July is especially important and vital to
the outcome of the war. Lukacs depicts the two men differently then one would expect. In this
evaluation, Hitler does not want to attack Britain. He wants them to simply make peace, of course on
his terms.
He was not sure if England would go for this, and if they did not, he knew that the time had come to
force them to do so. He could not shake Churchill, no matter how many other leaders crumbled. Hitler
s generals wanted to use force, but Hitler remained reluctant. The author effectively exhibits Hitler s
hesitance. He makes the evil man seem human saying that Hitler wanted to make a peace proposal on
a great and generous scale. (159). However, it

Aldo Leopold Summary
Aldo Leopold takes the stance of both a sportsman, and a conservationist. He wants to see the joining
and collaboration of sportspersons and conservationist to help preserve and/or regain wildlife.
Although he speaks as a sportsman as well as conservationist, he makes it clear that he does not
condone all the past actions of sportspersons (p. 453). He points out that both the sportsmen and
wildlife protectionists have made blunders in the past regarding the welfare of wildlife, but he states
that the worthiness of any cause is not measured by its clean record, but by its readiness to see the
blots when they are pointed out, and to change its mind (p. 453). He feels that the two groups are too
divided, focusing on the other s past failures, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She begins her writing with the very bold statement: Hunting is an act of violence (p. 454). She makes
it very clear from square one that she does not support hunting. She then goes on to attack the claim
that hunting is a sport, saying that hunting cannot be a sport because the animal has not consented to
the game (p.455). She then goes on to describe the three types of hunters: the happy hunter, who hunts
for psychological need, the holist hunter, who hunts for ecological need, and the holy hunter, who
hunts for spiritual needs (p.456 8). Kheel disputes each hunter s reasoning. She says that the happy
hunter s need and desire to hunt is immoral because it pays no consideration to the animal (p.456 7).
As for the holist hunter, Kheel says that he or she overlooks the vast differences between human
predation and natural predation (p. 457 8). In nature, predators prey on the weak, sick, old, and young,
but human hunters prey on the fittest individuals in the ecosystem, taking out the strongest members
of a species and leaving that species vulnerable (p. 458). Finally, Kheel attacks the holy hunter on the
grounds that it is unethical to claim the religious beliefs from another culture to justify your actions (p.

Philosophy is an all important aspect of our lives. It is philosophy that we turn to when have the need
to seek out a guiding principle for our lives. Therefore, philosophy holds a prominent place in society
and in the world. Basically, everyone is a philosopher, but it takes the creative genius and reasoning of
brilliant thinkers to bring about world shattering concepts. Nevertheless, the common man also
ruminates about his life and his unique existence to try to find the meaning of his life. Over a life time,
a constitution or a theme is developed to discern the ideas that one can readily accept. Interestingly,
the philosophies of men separated by vast chasms of time and space all embrace upon a common
theme of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
What one believes is sacred and my own beliefs, I cherish dearly. In this aspect, philosophy allows us
to live our lives with confidence, because we know that ideas cannot be taken from us. In the United
States, we can feel free to express our opinions and beliefs as long as we do not impinge upon other s
rights. This is where a common philosophy has been accepted and adopted by a people. This
macrocosmic unity of a nation demonstrates the power of philosophy. In another area, philosophy is
vital: religion. Religions are perhaps the largest groups of people who share a common philosophy.
Their uniform beliefs cause the members of each religion to philosophize in a common theme in
which the religion does not allow any radical deviation. One of philosophy s most important aspects is
its flexibility. This flexibility allows the individual to endlessly engender new thoughts and theories. It
was this flexibility that encouraged great thinkers to expound their ideas. It is dubious that their ideas
can change others , but in each stage of transition and growth there is an opportunity for new
philosophies to come in and help us live our lives better. Philosophy grants us the chance to live a
fulfilled life, full of actions and thoughts true to ourselves. We find enlightenment in philosophy, from
ourselves and others. There is always an inenarrable satisfaction when a new idea comes to us. Such is

Liberals Viewpoints
Liberals believe that everyone deserves a equal opportunity and that everyone should be equal.
Liberals also believe that the government should make sure that no one is in need and they also
emphasize that the government needs to play a big part to solve problems. Conservatives on the other
hand believe that people need to be more reliant on themselves that people need to be more
responsible for themselves, limited government, traditional American values and a strong defense.
One of the things that is dividing the country is the argument about whether the death penalty should

Liberals say that the Second Amendment does not give people the right to keep or bear arms but for a
militia or a national guard. Liberals think that people do not need a gun for protection it is the local
and federal governments job to protect the people through law enforcement agencies and the military
and that more gun control laws are needed to stop gun violence and this also would limit the ability for
criminals to get their hand on a gun and cause more trouble than they have already caused. To sum it
up liberals believe that the more guns there are the more violence there will be. Conservatives believe
the opposite of what liberals believe they believe that the Second Amendment gives people the right to
keep and bear arms. Conservatives believe that people have the right to bear arms their thinking what
if someone breaks into your home and the police or any law enforcement agency cannot get there in
time and the person that is being robbed has no way to defend themselves. People say but you can
have a bat or something to defend themselves against but what if the robber has a gun. Conservatives
are saying a bat or any other weapon like that is not going to stand a chance against a gun. A gun on
gun is the only way you can truly defend yourself is what conservatives are saying. One of the bigger
problems that is dividing the country is immigration. When people come into the country these people

Unit 8 P1 Group Policy
Group: A group in an organization is used by the employees or users to read wow and share the
information. The permissions like read, write, execute and share are provided based on the job roles.
Group policy: Group policy can be simply explained as the norms that are followed to assign a job to

charge of Microsoft s Active Directory to implement specific configurations for users and computers.
Group Policy can also be used to define user, security and networking policies at the machine level.

Security: A client expects maximum security for the data that is being processed or transferred. So
when giving the job roles to access, work and transfer the data, the group policy editor or the admin
should have a clear idea of the work the use do in the environment. 4. IT requirements: Always have
data about the users and their job roles in the environment, this will allow the admin to provide the
permissions to an user according to the job delegation plan and to ensure that Group Policy is properly
inherited. Justification to the considerations taken to prepare procedure guide: 1. Creating a group
with specific job roles: A group that is an organisation will have different jobs to be performed,
likewise the permissions also vary according to the role. It is very important to delete the job roles to
ensure security and privacy. 2. Assigning permissions to users based on the job roles: The permissions
given to a user depends on the actions they have be performed in the environment. Every permission
plays a key role in their own way. Delegation of permissions need to be done according to job role. 3.

The Role Of Prosody Of Oral English
Brown (1992) explains that from the view of understanding ordinary spoken English, the failure to
move outside the basic elements of prosody of oral English must be observed as catastrophic for any
learner who wants to manage with the native English position. (Brown, 1992) He further, writes that
when a learner is only exposed to articulate English, he will trust on audio signals, which he will be
denied when he meets the Standard English of native speakers. (Brown, 1992) By stating this, Brown
meant that singular sounds or tones are affected by the surrounding language, and are often said
differently from what an English learner who depends on dictionary would expect. For this, Brown
(1992) states that for effective communication in English language, listening are significantly
enhanced by learning via elucidation and satisfactory practice of how the words and sounds transform
according to the prosodic impact of the speaker s intents. Focus on English pronunciation directions,
thus, should be to give leaners the prosodic basis within which the sounds or tones are structured.
(Brown, 1992) Instructions should focus on the ways in which English utterers depend on rhythm to

She notes that the role of prosody in language segmentation is to choose whether adjacent units of a
communication fit to the same or different phonological unit. (Mora,2008) It also aids in location of
words, clauses or phrases in a speech. That before a child acquires and comprehends grammar or
utterances they hear, they must first be able to locate linguistically relevant units in the speech, and
thus, prosody helps in the segmentation process of prosodic changes like pausing, pitch resetting that
may occur at linguistic boundaries. (Mora,

The House On Mango Street Book Report
speranza tells us a story threw all her vignettes. They are so unique that it gives off an idea of who she

The vignette i chose is the house of mango street. They didn t always live on mango street. They used
to live on loomis on the third floor. And way before that, they lived on keeler. The new house on
mango street is all theirs. But the family expected something different. Mother and father would talk
about how amazing the house would be and how fancy it would be. Mother would always tell night
story s about it too. When she lived in Loomis a nun from a school passed my one day and made
Esperanza feel a bit worthless. The nun asked where she lived and Esperanza pointed to the place and
the nun questioned her and made Esperanza feel like that was a cheap and bad place to live in. So
from then on she just wanted to live in a house and the house of mango street isn t doing the job. ...

has mainly concentrated in urban areas. Meanwhile more than 70% of the population live in the rural
areas, this is a major challenge for businesses in raising the proportion of rural milk drinking. Due to
the nature of the dairy sector, all consumers considered that its useful value is nutritional for them and
their loved ones. Consumers are always thinking in one direction that the higher the price is, the
higher the quality is. While the Vietnam fresh milk market has been dominated by the large firms,
Vinamilk will not succeed if they position a similar product. Therefore, with a different positioning, by
focusing on creating an alternative product for fresh dairy products, they will create a strong position
in the consumers mind. Based on the survey, we found that, apart from cow s milk, many customers,
especially those of women and older people, like soy milk because it does not contain much fat and
effects which is good for their health. Therefore, Vinamilk should take interest in this issue to create a

Examples Of Hester Prynne A Heroine
Nathaniel Hawthorne s The ScarIet Letter describes the heroine (Hester) in a different way than most
of the novels do. Unlike in other novel where heroine is easily identified right from the beginning,
Hester cannot be identified as a good character nor is she known for good reason rather she is depicted
as a criminal at the beginning of the novel. However I don t agree with the statement that it is
impossible to fully identify Hester Prynne as a heroine of The Scarlet Letter because her decision to
stay in the society where she was publically ashamed and imprisoned makes her extraordinary and her
courage to take the punishment and change the scarlet letter A from adultery to able is remarkable act
of strong woman and her honesty and compassion differentiate her from other ordinary woman. Hester
Prynne is a heroine of The Scarlet letter because she has the courage to accept her imprudence. She

Nietzschean Values
In my essay I will be discussing three topics from the Nietzschean texts The Gay Science and Thus
Spoke Zarathustra. The three main topics concerning these texts that I will talk about are the overman
, the death of God and the new and old sets of values . Briefly, how these three topics relate is that
once God is dead, (meaning that we do not believe in him anymore), humanity will have to create new
sets of values. These new sets of values will need to have our own meaning instead of looking to a
metaphysical world for truth. I think that the overman , is the men that will be able to completely
abandon the old set of values and create the new ones; he is both a lawbreaker and a law creator.
First off, I want to talk about the concept ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
He is the man that will completely eliminate the metaphysical part of his life and move on to a new
era. Nietzsche talks about the overman in his book Thus Spoke Zarathustra when he says: I teach you
the overman. Man is something that shall be overcome. (124). Additionally, Nietzsche mentions the
the overman in another very interesting quotation saying: Man is a rope tied between beast and
overman a rope over an abyss. A dangerous across, a dangerous on the way, a dangerous looking back,
a dangerous shuddering and stopping. What is great in man is that he is a bridge and not an end...
(Nietzsche, Thus Spoke Zarathustra, 126). This quotation tells us that the modern man is a bridge to
becoming the overman but he is scared of what is on the other side. What that means, is that in order
for the modern man to completely abandon the old values and to overcome the belief in God, he must
cross that bridge and become the overman. This quotation explains to us in an abstract way the
challenge that the modern man must overcome in order to become the

Josef Mengele s Research
Throughout World War II, multiple Nazi researchers and physicians experimented upon thousands of
concentration camp prisoners, in painful and often deadly ways. Arguably the most horrific of them all
was Dr. Josef Mengele and his experiments conducted on twins, dwarfs, and prisoners with physical
abnormalities. Mengele s primary aim in research was to prove that certain traits such as eye colour,
obesity, and nasal features were inherited and thusly could be bred out of existence. This interest
stemmed from the Nazi obsession with a pure race, which ultimately led to the extreme violation and
sterilization of undesirable groups . (Skolnik, 2016, p. 84)

One of the main issues is whether or not it is ethically sound to use the results of the medical research
that the Nazi s conducted during World War II; there is much debate on this topic, with some saying
that the research should not be used because most of the experiments were not well designed, which
would result in data that is valueless. Others argue that although the data may have value, it is not
ethical to use it because of the horrible ways in which the data was obtained. (Skolnik, 2016, p. 84).
Another lesson that can be imparted from the occurrences of the Holocaust is the need for some type
of regulation on a global scale of the research and medical practices taking place all over the world;
although this is a very complicated and difficult practice, and although the vast majority of researchers
would never commit such atrocities, if researchers such as Josef Mengele are left to carry out any
experiments and procedures that they wish, the consequences could be terrible. Research cannot be
carried out unchecked; there have to be ethical guidelines in place and these guidelines have to be
enforced in some

The Importance Of Mutualism Between Animal And Animal Species
It is a kind of positive interspecific interaction in which members of two different species favor the
growth and survival of each other and their association is obligatory.
Species A = (+)
Species B = (+)
In this interaction, the members have widely different requirements and so interdependent that they
cannot survive separately. It is an extreme type of symbiosis in which symbionts have permanent and
obligatory close contacts.
1.Mutualism between animal and animal species
Cleveland (1926) reported the presence of a multi flagellate protozoan Trichonympha Campanula as a
symbiont in the intestine of white ant termite.
The ant provides food and shelter to the protozoan which in turn secretes cellulase enzymes to digest
the cellulose of wood ingested by the ant. Cellulose is hydrolyzed to sugars which are used by both the
partners.
When the gut lining of Termite is ready for molting, Trichonympha undergoes encystment and are
passed out with molting.
To ensure infection, the ant eats its molt. Newly hatched termites lick the anus of the older termites to
ingest the symbiont.
About 11 families and 40 genera of flagellates have been reported from the intestine of termites.
Ant aphid mutualism
Some kinds of ants pick up aphids or the aphids eggs from the surface of green plants and shelter them
inside their own nest. The ants use the digestive wastes of the aphids as their food while aphids in

How Canada Remained Independent of Foreign Control but...
How successful Canada was on remaining independent of foreign control, whilst being a part of
international decision making.
Canada remained independent of foreign control a majority of the time, but at others it did give in to
the pressure put upon it. Canada also got to be a big part of the decision making because it put itself
out there, got recognized as a middle power and proved its worth.
Some of the ways Canada remained independent of foreign control are: When president Reagan s
administration had a project they were trying to get Canada involved in called the Strategic Defence
Initiative (SDI, but also referred to as Star Wars). This was a plan to arm satellites that could destroy
soviet missiles from space. Not many people ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When NORAD was put in place during 1985 many Canadians were angered because they felt it

In 1945 when the UN was officially founded, Canada argues to be made a middle power, meaning
they would get recognition for being capable of holding their own, and the contribution they made
during World War II. Canada is very well known for their participation in every UN peacekeeping

Britain and France took over the Canal. The situation grew tense when many countries denounced the

and the UN send a peacekeeping army into Egypt. His proposal was accepted. Canada also adapted a

The Glorious Revolution In American History
1. The Glorious Revolution
In 1688, the Protestant Queen Mary and her husband, William of Orange, took the British throne from
King James II in a bloodless coup. The Glorious Revolution had significant long term effects on
American history in that the Bill of Rights and the Act of Toleration, passed in England in 1689,
influenced attitudes and events in the colonies. Even more significant, the overthrow of James II set a
precedent for the removal of a hated monarch.
2. Aztecs
This was an empire that comprised of the Mesoamerican people who were conquered by the Spanish

6. Antietam This was far most the terrible battle of the age. It was the bloodiest single day in American
history. Some 6,400 soldiers on both sides were killed, and another 17,000 were wounded. A Union
officer counted hundreds of dead bodies lying in rows and in piles. The scene was sickening,
harrowing, horrible.
7. The Whiskey Rebellion Soon after the Battle of Fallen Timbers, the Washington administration
resolved on another show of strength in the backcountry, this time against the so called Whiskey

was levied in 1791. This made the farmers angry because it taxed their most profitable commodity.

and slowly crushing resistance on all fronts. The Union s industrial might was a deciding factor in a

Contradiction In The Film Taxi Driver
He s a prophet... he s a prophet and a pusher, partly truth, partly fiction. A walking contradiction. (Taxi
Driver) We are all encapsulated in our own self concept. It can make it impossible for us to understand
how our actions are doing more damage than good. As human beings, if we cannot find the source of
our turmoil we are doomed for our anguish to be projected externally as strokes of violence. In the
film Taxi Driver, Travis is not doing enough to fix his problems. He is constantly putting himself into
situations that confirm his negative view on the world, trying to find purpose in relationships that he
sabotages and tries to find purpose through death.
Taxi Driver is a 1976 film directed by Martin Scorcese and written by Paul Schrader. It won the Palme
d Or at the 1976 Cannes Film Festival. (Wikipedia) Travis Bickle is a 26 year old honorably
discharged Marine, dealing with inter city solitude in 1970s New York. He takes up a taxi job to cope
with his insomnia, driving passengers all over the city. He spends his spare time at porn theatres and
writing in his diary. Travis becomes infatuated with Betsy, a campaign volunteer for candidate Charles
Palatine. Their relationship turns sour when he takes Betsy to a porn movie. He tries to persuade a
child prostitute, Iris, to desert her lifestyle but fails. As Travis grows increasingly more paranoid of his
situations, he begins to see these relationships he develops as missions of which he will need to be the

Morisot s Influence On Women
The Swiss philosopher and author of The Social Contract, Jean Jacques Rousseau, postulated that
Women...possess no artistic sensibility...Their creations are as cold and pretty as women themselves
(Yudkin, 110). Rousseau wrote during the Enlightenment, a period of intellectual expansion in Europe
during the eighteenth century. During the Enlightenment, philosophers explored the nature of religion,
government, justice, and society, and their findings surged across Europe in essays, in rebellions, and
in art. Yet, despite the social expansion of the period, the enlightened definition of equality, one major

Women mastered the same artistic techniques as men, often with less professional training, yet they
employed those techniques differently. Women, for example, were one of the most popular subjects of
artworks, and were portrayed uniquely by male and female painters. Morisot s painting Before the
Mirror and Manet s painting, Before the Mirror, demonstate the technical differences between the
artwork of men and women. Beond sharing a name, style, and subject, the paintings are extremely
different from one another. In Manet s Before the Mirror, which was painted in ????, ?? years before
Morisot released her version of the painting, a half clothed, white woman stands in front of a gilded,
full length viewer with her back turned to the viewer. Around the mirror are flowers and other nice,

the woman is painted much ore slender, given delicate shoulders and neck, a natural waste, and
dressed in flowing, plain, ivory clothing. Her body is turned slightly more towards the viewers, but her
back still faces the viewers. In addition, the shoulders and side of the breast are exposed, and the face
of the woman reflects in the mirror, but her exposed breast does not clearly reflect in the mirror. She is

Humpback Whale Definition
Rescuers on Sunday morning were planning to spare a child humpback whale that got stranded only
20 feet from West Seattle shore, yet endeavors fizzled and the youthful one died, reports say.
The 30 foot adolescent humpback whale (Megaptera novaeangliae) was discovered caught in the
shallows close West Seattle s Fauntleroy Ferry dock in the small hours of the morning on August 7.
That day, several individuals rushed to the ship terminal and endeavored to help in protecting the
stranded creature, as indicated by a report from King5 News.
Tragically, endeavors were futile. A representative from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric

Researchers have yet to decide the reason for the creature s demise, however tissue tests have been
taken. The youthful one s body was secured with whale lice, a sign of weakness, agents say.
Then, Huggins says authorities were unrealistic to choose whether to tow the well evolved creature to
somewhere else for a full necropsy or the tissue tests taken would suffice for an examination.
There are heaps of logistics required in doing an examination, says Huggins.
Barre says it is not exceptional to see humpback whales in Puget Sound on the grounds that the
populace has become in the course of recent years.
Indeed, even along these lines, NOAA s National Marine Fisheries Service suggests that a few
sections of the whale populace in the Northwest Pacific ought to be recorded as debilitated.
Barre says sightings of humpback whales have turned out to be less uncommon than they used to be,
however it is still unordinary to discover live whales get stranded.

Great Fire Of London Research Paper
The Great Fire of London
The Great Fire of London was an enormous fire that burned down almost all of London. It started on
September 2, 1666, as a small fire erupted on Pudding Lane the city of London would not know the
suffering they were about to endure (Jokinen 1). One of many buildings the fire burnt down was the
world renowned Globe Theatre. The Great Fire of London affected many people, property, and famous
architecture that would pave the way for a new ruler of England.
The Great Fire of London began on the night of September 2, 1666, as a small fire on Pudding Lane,
in the bakeshop of Thomas Farynor, baker to the queen (Jokinen 1). A monument now stands in place
of where the famous bakery was (Eyewitness 1). The city thought the bakery was the most up to date
thing at the time, so no one ever perceived it catching aflame as a possibility. At one o clock in the
morning, a servant woke to find the bakery aflame, and the baker and his family escaped, but a fear
struck maid perished in the blaze (Jokinen 1). The baker escaped unharmed but, did not tell any of the
bystanders about the timely growing fire. This would just be the beginning of a colossal fire that
would test the city of London.

Medicine In The Elizabethan Era
Herbal Remedies and Poisons in Elizabethan Times
In this day and age, there are millions of pharmaceuticals out there for all kinds of diseases and
conditions, but where did all of this start? The creation of medicines most likely started when people
discovered the healing properties plants contained. Today, civilization has the knowledge and
technology to extract elements from plants to produce more chemically engineered medicines. The
real question is how did medicines develop from mashing up leaves in order to lessen an infuriating
rash to just popping a pill to nurse or illness? Medicines evolved by the scientific method: series of
research and experiments. During the Elizabethan era, research and experimentation attained a
renewed interest. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Medicines were mostly produced to cure diseases. Back in the 1600s scurvy and malaria were huge
problems that needed to be dealt with. As mentioned in previous paragraph malaria was treated by the
bark of the Cinchona tree and is still used today. The bark of the Cinchona tree (called quina quina by
the indigenous Peruvians), found in the rain forests along the Amazon River in the Andes of South
America, contained an ingredient called quinine, which is still used in the treatment of malaria, a
disease transmitted by the bite of an infected mosquito and one of the oldest plagues of mankind
(Cassell, Dank K., and Cynthia A. Sanoski). This shows that achievements made back then are still
important to this date. Scurvy was a disease caused by vitamin deficiency, but that was not known
back then. Jacques Cartier is a French explorer whose crew got infected with scurvy. Jacques and his
crew came in contact with an Iroquois tribe in the New World, who knew how to cure scurvy. The
women of the tribe would use juniper needles and bark to make a tea and use the leftover tea to wash
the affected person s leg. Juniper needles and bark contain a lot of vitamins the human body needs, so
when the affected person drank the juniper tea they got all the vitamins they lost back in turn curing
scurvy. Poisons also had reasons why they were needed. Hemlock and aconite are deadly poisons

Comprehensive Acrobat Summary
The Comprehensive Acrobat: The Function of the Triangle in Book Six Triangles have long been a
friend to us in the pristine mathematical realm. However, after book one we moved on: we looked at
parallelograms, circles. They came back in book four, but were lost again as we ascended to the
abstract concepts of same ratios and equimultiples. In book six, however, we are once again
confronted with our old friend but in a new yet familiar way. We begin comparing similar triangles
rather than equal triangles, and start paying more attention to the way the figure and its boundaries
relate. Thus, in book six the triangle becomes the fundamental shape of similarity and helps us bind
figures and ratios together, a fact shown in the overarching progression of book six. The seminal
function of the triangle is allowing us access to the concept of similarity. This may seem odd, since
similar triangles do not arise until proposition twenty, where we prove they have a duplicate ratio to
their sides. However, proposition three through eight ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Similarity and proportionality are heavily interlinked, which is why we can only approach the former
after a thorough analysis of the latter. In propositions four through six, the method of demonstration is
to build an object outside the triangles we are trying to prove resemble one another in some fashion.
These objects are lines in proposition four (which coincide to form a parallelogram) and another
triangle with the features we desire to demonstrate in propositions five and six. What they bear a
striking resemblance to however, is equimultiples, a concept we worked with in the beginning of book
five. Thus, triangles are once again pointing us towards a facet of similarity (the proportionality) by
taking our mind once again to book five while simultaneously harkening back to the most rudimentary
proofs contained in book

Anger Is A Universal Emotion
Anger is a universal emotion. It might make you act out and throw something, or it might boil up
inside you until you blow up on some innocent person simply asking a question. How every person
reacts to anger is different, some people may deal with anger more efficiently than others: like
counseling, therapy or by taking medication that mainly focuses on depression or anxiety which fuels
anger. People often wonder if they have anger problems and if it s genetic. Not many know what part
of the brain anger comes from, or what triggers it. Red often symbolizes anger, because blood is red

Examples Of Satire In Tartuffe
Tartuffe
Satire is used by many authors to convey different ideas, beliefs, or lessons. There are two different
types of satire. The first type of satire is conveys through light hearted mockery with an underlying
tone of respect, this is referred to as Horatian satire. Another type is Juvenalian satire and that is
portrayed through more serious tone, it is a call to action and is generally driven by a sense of moral
outrage. Tartuffe is a Horatian satire, rather than a Juvenalian satire. This is shown through Tartuffe
and Orgon s relationship, Dorine s character, and the ending.
Tartuffe and Orgon s relationship prove that Tartuffe is a Horatian satire because of Orgon s
obliviousness and Tartuffe s slyness. When the play begins, Molere writes Tartuffe as an innocent guy

but you really emphasize them in the classroom. Make sure everything is turned in on time, and if you
have any responsibilities do them and be dedicated to improving yourself and getting better grades.
Overall all those things you learn prepares you to be a great person and feel good about it as

Franklin D Roosevelt Leadership Essay
The leadership of Franklin D. Roosevelt was at a period when United States of America was facing its
two greatest crisis of the 20th century. (the two major crisis of the 21st Century The great Depression
and World war two) I would like to add somewhere that although he suffered from polio he always
demonstrated a sign of strength etc etc to the American people. Franklin Roosevelt was born into a
wealthy and prominent family on January 30th 1882. As the only child, he was brought up in a
privileged environment and attended some of the finest academic institutions. Even as a young man it
was clear that he had political ambitions which drove him to the field of politics. Following the advice
of his fifth cousin Theodore Roosevelt, he decided

Percent by Mass of Naco3 in Alka-Seltzer
Lindsey Stockton. 3/2/2013. Section 16093.
Determination of % by mass of NaCO3 in Alka Seltzer Tablets
Alka Seltzer is an effervescent antacid typically used for pain relief and neutralizing stomach acid to
alleviate indigestion. Alka Seltzer tablets contain Aspirin, Citric Acid (CH3COOH), and Sodium
Bicarbonate (NaCO3). When the tablet is placed in water it undergoes an acid base reaction and
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a byproduct that causes the notorious Fizz . The objective of the lab was to
measure the % of NaCO3 in an Alka Seltzer tablet in different measures of an acidic solution
(Vinegar). Through understanding of stoichiometric relationships and limiting reactants, quantities of
substances yielded or consumed in a reaction ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Sources of error include massing the flask with all substances before the reaction was fully completed;
which could be the cause for trial 7 (seen table 1) having a lower average % by mass as the vinegar
was increasing. Another origin of error would be using two different beakers, the differences in the
mass of the beakers affects the lab results of the initial and final massing between

Different Elements Of Business And Global Environments...
The purpose of this research is to understand different elements of business in Starbucks the publicly
traded company. We have analyzed and compared how social, economic and global environments
affect Starbucks from a business perspective. We studied and summarized how marketing, finance,
international business, accounting, and management function in Starbucks. We demonstrated an
understanding of the vocabulary of business, building an understanding of business skills to succeed in
the world of business. Through our research, we explain and show: the company s mission statement
and history of growth, beneficial and poor ethical decisions, and how the company markets and
distributes its products internationally. We also gathered information about Starbucks operations how
they were effected during the 2008 recession. We researched Starbucks financial statements as one
final element of their success and growth as a publicly traded company. Through our analysis of
Starbucks, we were able to comprehend the complex science that makes a business successful and
what it takes to grow international levels. On average Americans consume over 587 million cups of
coffee every day; according to a recent 2013 online poll surveyed by the National Coffee Association.
And who does a better job of serving that large number of Americans and people worldwide than
Starbucks Coffee Company. Starbucks mission is: to inspire and nurture the human

Calvin Coolidge Beliefs
While drafting out my essay on the values President Coolidge and I share, I began to wonder what
people thought of when they heard Calvin Coolidge . I asked many acquaintances and the results
shocked me. Majority of those that I spoke with about President Coolidge did not know much about
him. They felt as though he was not a good or popular president because they had not heard much
about him during school, unlike other presidents such as President Lincoln and President Washington.
The only thing that came to their mind was that he looked like an intelligent man and he was known as
Silent Cal . I was more than just taken aback by my findings: I was disappointed. My 30th president
stayed within his values and didn t try to be well known; because ... Show more content on

This is because without one, you can never have the other. Throughout his autobiography, President
Coolidge wrote about one teacher more than the rest: Charles E. Garman. He wrote about this man
because he wanted to share what he learned from Mr. Garman with his readers. He related it to
something important to him, so might we understand it. When I read about how President Coolidge
felt about his teachers at Black River Academy, I thought I was reading a mirror: I feel the same about
teachers who ve taught me in Oak Grove. I have been blessed to be able to attend a school whose
teachers truly care about the students. The relationship s I ve made have helped me become the person
I am. Although there may be times where I don t understand where a teacher is going with a lesson, I
know that they re doing what s best for me; I respect them for that. With this respect, I treat people as I

Sex Offenders Should Be Strict
Do you feel safe sending your children out in a neighborhood with registered sexual offenders? Is the
government doing enough to protect our children and ourselves from these dangers? In 2003 78,188
children fell victim to forms of sexual abuse (Finkelhor). We should be protecting our children, 1 in 4
women and 1 in 6 men will experience some kind of sexual assault in their lifetime, also 67% of
sexual assaults have victims under the age of 18, ( Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Website. ).
Nationwide, sex offenders were four times more likely to reoffend, and be rearrested for a sexual
related crime. Because the recidivism rate is so high, and because we must protect our citizens, sex
offender laws should remain strict.
The restrictions ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
They believe that the residency restriction laws force former offenders into exile, and often into
homelessness. ( Sex Offender Issues ). Sexual offenders are forced to live far away from family
members and friends, often times for small offenses or something they committed years ago. It should
not matter how long ago one offended, the key word is that they did offend. Some say, the registry is
nothing more than a Scarlet Letter to put people to shame ( US: Sex Offender Laws May Do More
Harm Than Good. ). The people who get put onto the registry have committed a terrible crime; they
deserve the humiliation they may receive. Many claim that we treat those on the registry list with
disrespect and fear and this open information can put the offenders family in danger for ridicule and
isolation as well. ( IX. Residency Restriction Laws. ) The family of an offender should be embarrassed
by their son or daughter s behavior towards other human beings. Jamie Fellner, director of the US
program at Human Rights Watch, says, The public believes everyone on a sex offender registry is
dangerous. But what s the point of requiring registration by a teenager who exposed himself as a high
school prank or even by someone who molested a child 30 years ago? ( US: Sex Offender Laws May
Do More Harm Than Good. ). Kids need to learn the severity to exposing themselves; being forced to
sign up for the registry serves as the punishment, hopefully enabling more kids to stop and think
before they act. Many argue that the registration poses an issue with the job market. It is extremely
difficult for an offender on the registry to find a suitable job, no one wants an offender in their
workplace and they don t want that bad publicity. It becomes difficult to oneself when one can not find
a job and may have been just released from prison, therefore many

  • 2. Orion Nebulae Research Paper Nebulae inside the Milky Way Galaxy or separate, distant Galaxies? Discoveries of what were termed nebulae began in the early 17th century. The first of these discoveries was the Orion Nebula, which looked like a normal star to the naked eye. French scholar Peiresc discovered it in 1610 using one of the first telescopes to be made. Later, in 1656, Christiaan Huygens observed the interior of the Orion Nebula and determined that it consisted of a compact quadruple star system instead of a singular star. During the 18th and 19th century, nebulas were discovered even though astronomers were mainly scanning the sky for comets. Some major astronomers who contributed greatly to the discovery of nebulas, among other things, during the 18th and 19th century were Messier and the Herschel family. Though the instrumentation available to astronomers during the 18th and 19th century were highly advanced compared to earlier times, they weren t advanced enough to detect the motion of extragalactic objects or their composition. This lack of precision instrumentation, and thus the dissociation from motion of stars/star clusters/nebulae, were the main reasons astronomers during this ... Astrophotography especially the dry plates was a major technological development during this period which led up to the classification of nebulae as distant galaxies/star systems. Telescopes could be mounted with plate holders and spectrographs or studio cameras could be mounted with a prism on top to show spectra of the objects being photographed. • 3. The Risk Factors For Entering Street Level Prostitution Several studies have been conducted looking at the risk factors for entering street level prostitution, the characteristics of those involved, and the barriers to exiting. For example, Kramer and Berg (2003) examined the influence of minority status, education level, and the experience of risk factors (such as physical and sexual abuse) on entry into prostitution. It is important to learn why women enter prostitution in order to better learn what barriers may be trapping them in the work. Women were located and surveyed through a program set up for prostitutes that worked both inside and outside of a women s prison. The study found that half of the women were physically or sexually abused and that continuing education reduced the risk of women entering prostitution (Kramer Berg, 2003). Mansson Hedin (1999) found that 75% of women involved in street level prostitution had had difficult childhoods, characterized by sexual and physical abuse, negative relationships with parents, and rape experiences. This is similar to what Kramer and Berg (2003) found, that 49% of women involved in sex work had been physically abused by a family member and 47% had been sexually abused. The lack of emotional support from their families and their desensitization of abuse are major risk factors for women entering prostitution. Baker and Winebarger (2004) gathered information on health problems, feelings of stigmatization, life satisfaction, and literacy skills of women who are involved in ... • 4. The Duel Essay In reviewing John Lukacs, The Duel, I noticed that the author has other intentions in mind besides the facts. Lukacs gives a very precise account of the actualy events during those eighty days but in my opinion he wants the reader to grab the bigger concepts. One of these concepts is that Lukacs wants the reader to honestly consider just how close the Allies came to losing the war. Another of these notions is the idea that the main difference between Churchill and Hitler concerned nationalism versus patriotism and a third idea is just how greatly history can be effected by the courageous decisions of a few people.Lukacs makes strong mention of how close Hitler came to victory. Hitler got everything he wanted for so long, without even ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... We can all understand this, especially when looking back at the horror of WWII. Hitler abused the idea of nationalism and thet is why the author made sure not to leave this footnote out of his book. Hitler got the german people to follow him under this demented idea that Germany should be considered better than everybody else, and yet it is astonishing that nobody seemed to noticed that Hitler was not even a German. Lukacs wants the reader to raise these questions to themselves so they can see how unique this entire situation was. The idea that the entire course of history is changed by the decisions of a few people is a very important notion in the book. The hesitance of Hitler in early July is especially important and vital to the outcome of the war. Lukacs depicts the two men differently then one would expect. In this evaluation, Hitler does not want to attack Britain. He wants them to simply make peace, of course on his terms. He was not sure if England would go for this, and if they did not, he knew that the time had come to force them to do so. He could not shake Churchill, no matter how many other leaders crumbled. Hitler s generals wanted to use force, but Hitler remained reluctant. The author effectively exhibits Hitler s hesitance. He makes the evil man seem human saying that Hitler wanted to make a peace proposal on a great and generous scale. (159). However, it ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 5. Aldo Leopold Summary Aldo Leopold takes the stance of both a sportsman, and a conservationist. He wants to see the joining and collaboration of sportspersons and conservationist to help preserve and/or regain wildlife. Although he speaks as a sportsman as well as conservationist, he makes it clear that he does not condone all the past actions of sportspersons (p. 453). He points out that both the sportsmen and wildlife protectionists have made blunders in the past regarding the welfare of wildlife, but he states that the worthiness of any cause is not measured by its clean record, but by its readiness to see the blots when they are pointed out, and to change its mind (p. 453). She begins her writing with the very bold statement: Hunting is an act of violence (p. 454). She makes it very clear from square one that she does not support hunting. She then goes on to attack the claim that hunting is a sport, saying that hunting cannot be a sport because the animal has not consented to the game (p.455). She then goes on to describe the three types of hunters: the happy hunter, who hunts for psychological need, the holist hunter, who hunts for ecological need, and the holy hunter, who hunts for spiritual needs (p.456 8). Kheel disputes each hunter s reasoning. She says that the happy hunter s need and desire to hunt is immoral because it pays no consideration to the animal (p.456 7). As for the holist hunter, Kheel says that he or she overlooks the vast differences between human predation and natural predation (p. 457 8). In nature, predators prey on the weak, sick, old, and young, but human hunters prey on the fittest individuals in the ecosystem, taking out the strongest members of a species and leaving that species vulnerable (p. 458). Finally, Kheel attacks the holy hunter on the grounds that it is unethical to claim the religious beliefs from another culture to justify your actions (p. ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Therefore, philosophy holds a prominent place in society and in the world. Basically, everyone is a philosopher, but it takes the creative genius and reasoning of brilliant thinkers to bring about world shattering concepts. What one believes is sacred and my own beliefs, I cherish dearly. In this aspect, philosophy allows us to live our lives with confidence, because we know that ideas cannot be taken from us. In the United States, we can feel free to express our opinions and beliefs as long as we do not impinge upon other s rights. This is where a common philosophy has been accepted and adopted by a people. This macrocosmic unity of a nation demonstrates the power of philosophy. In another area, philosophy is vital: religion. Religions are perhaps the largest groups of people who share a common philosophy. Their uniform beliefs cause the members of each religion to philosophize in a common theme in which the religion does not allow any radical deviation. One of philosophy s most important aspects is its flexibility. This flexibility allows the individual to endlessly engender new thoughts and theories. It was this flexibility that encouraged great thinkers to expound their ideas. It is dubious that their ideas can change others , but in each stage of transition and growth there is an opportunity for new philosophies to come in and help us live our lives better. The Role Of Prosody Of Oral English Brown (1992) explains that from the view of understanding ordinary spoken English, the failure to move outside the basic elements of prosody of oral English must be observed as catastrophic for any learner who wants to manage with the native English position. (Brown, 1992) He further, writes that when a learner is only exposed to articulate English, he will trust on audio signals, which he will be denied when he meets the Standard English of native speakers. (Brown, 1992) By stating this, Brown meant that singular sounds or tones are affected by the surrounding language, and are often said differently from what an English learner who depends on dictionary would expect. For this, Brown (1992) states that for effective communication in English language, listening are significantly enhanced by learning via elucidation and satisfactory practice of how the words and sounds transform according to the prosodic impact of the speaker s intents. The three main topics concerning these texts that I will talk about are the overman , the death of God and the new and old sets of values . Briefly, how these three topics relate is that once God is dead, (meaning that we do not believe in him anymore), humanity will have to create new sets of values. These new sets of values will need to have our own meaning instead of looking to a metaphysical world for truth. I think that the overman , is the men that will be able to completely abandon the old set of values and create the new ones; he is both a lawbreaker and a law creator. Nietzsche talks about the overman in his book Thus Spoke Zarathustra when he says: I teach you the overman. Man is something that shall be overcome. (124). Additionally, Nietzsche mentions the the overman in another very interesting quotation saying: Man is a rope tied between beast and overman a rope over an abyss. A dangerous across, a dangerous on the way, a dangerous looking back, a dangerous shuddering and stopping. What is great in man is that he is a bridge and not an end... (Nietzsche, Thus Spoke Zarathustra, 126). This quotation tells us that the modern man is a bridge to becoming the overman but he is scared of what is on the other side. Arguably the most horrific of them all was Dr. Josef Mengele and his experiments conducted on twins, dwarfs, and prisoners with physical abnormalities. Mengele s primary aim in research was to prove that certain traits such as eye colour, obesity, and nasal features were inherited and thusly could be bred out of existence. One of the main issues is whether or not it is ethically sound to use the results of the medical research that the Nazi s conducted during World War II; there is much debate on this topic, with some saying that the research should not be used because most of the experiments were not well designed, which would result in data that is valueless. Others argue that although the data may have value, it is not ethical to use it because of the horrible ways in which the data was obtained. (Skolnik, 2016, p. 84). Another lesson that can be imparted from the occurrences of the Holocaust is the need for some type of regulation on a global scale of the research and medical practices taking place all over the world; although this is a very complicated and difficult practice, and although the vast majority of researchers would never commit such atrocities, if researchers such as Josef Mengele are left to carry out any experiments and procedures that they wish, the consequences could be terrible. The Importance Of Mutualism Between Animal And Animal Species It is a kind of positive interspecific interaction in which members of two different species favor the growth and survival of each other and their association is obligatory. Species A = (+) Species B = (+) In this interaction, the members have widely different requirements and so interdependent that they cannot survive separately. It is an extreme type of symbiosis in which symbionts have permanent and obligatory close contacts. 1.Mutualism between animal and animal species Cleveland (1926) reported the presence of a multi flagellate protozoan Trichonympha Campanula as a symbiont in the intestine of white ant termite. The ant provides food and shelter to the protozoan which in turn secretes cellulase enzymes to digest the cellulose of wood ingested by the ant. Cellulose is hydrolyzed to sugars which are used by both the partners. When the gut lining of Termite is ready for molting, Trichonympha undergoes encystment and are passed out with molting. To ensure infection, the ant eats its molt. Newly hatched termites lick the anus of the older termites to ingest the symbiont. However, after book one we moved on: we looked at parallelograms, circles. They came back in book four, but were lost again as we ascended to the abstract concepts of same ratios and equimultiples. In book six, however, we are once again confronted with our old friend but in a new yet familiar way. We begin comparing similar triangles rather than equal triangles, and start paying more attention to the way the figure and its boundaries relate. Thus, in book six the triangle becomes the fundamental shape of similarity and helps us bind figures and ratios together, a fact shown in the overarching progression of book six. The seminal function of the triangle is allowing us access to the concept of similarity. This may seem odd, since similar triangles do not arise until proposition twenty, where we prove they have a duplicate ratio to their sides. However, proposition three through eight ... What they bear a striking resemblance to however, is equimultiples, a concept we worked with in the beginning of book five. Thus, triangles are once again pointing us towards a facet of similarity (the proportionality) by taking our mind once again to book five while simultaneously harkening back to the most rudimentary proofs contained in book ... • 45. Calvin Coolidge Beliefs While drafting out my essay on the values President Coolidge and I share, I began to wonder what people thought of when they heard Calvin Coolidge . I asked many acquaintances and the results shocked me. Majority of those that I spoke with about President Coolidge did not know much about him. They felt as though he was not a good or popular president because they had not heard much about him during school, unlike other presidents such as President Lincoln and President Washington. The only thing that came to their mind was that he looked like an intelligent man and he was known as Silent Cal . I was more than just taken aback by my findings: I was disappointed. My 30th president stayed within his values and didn t try to be well known; because ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This is because without one, you can never have the other. He wrote about this man because he wanted to share what he learned from Mr. Garman with his readers. He related it to something important to him, so might we understand it. When I read about how President Coolidge felt about his teachers at Black River Academy, I thought I was reading a mirror: I feel the same about teachers who ve taught me in Oak Grove. I have been blessed to be able to attend a school whose teachers truly care about the students. The relationship s I ve made have helped me become the person I am. We should be protecting our children, 1 in 4 women and 1 in 6 men will experience some kind of sexual assault in their lifetime, also 67% of sexual assaults have victims under the age of 18, ( Dru Sjodin National Sex Offender Website. ). Nationwide, sex offenders were four times more likely to reoffend, and be rearrested for a sexual related crime. Because the recidivism rate is so high, and because we must protect our citizens, sex offender laws should remain strict. The restrictions ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... They believe that the residency restriction laws force former offenders into exile, and often into homelessness. ( Sex Offender Issues ). Sexual offenders are forced to live far away from family members and friends, often times for small offenses or something they committed years ago. It should not matter how long ago one offended, the key word is that they did offend. Some say, the registry is nothing more than a Scarlet Letter to put people to shame ( US: Sex Offender Laws May Do More Harm Than Good. ). The people who get put onto the registry have committed a terrible crime; they deserve the humiliation they may receive. Many claim that we treat those on the registry list with disrespect and fear and this open information can put the offenders family in danger for ridicule and isolation as well. ( IX. Residency Restriction Laws. ) The family of an offender should be embarrassed by their son or daughter s behavior towards other human beings. Jamie Fellner, director of the US program at Human Rights Watch, says, The public believes everyone on a sex offender registry is dangerous. But what s the point of requiring registration by a teenager who exposed himself as a high school prank or even by someone who molested a child 30 years ago? ( US: Sex Offender Laws May Do More Harm Than Good. ). Kids need to learn the severity to exposing themselves; being forced to sign up for the registry serves as the punishment, hopefully enabling more kids to stop and think before they act. Many argue that the registration poses an issue with the job market. It is extremely difficult for an offender on the registry to find a suitable job, no one wants an offender in their workplace and they don t want that bad publicity. It becomes difficult to oneself when one can not find a job and may have been just released from prison, therefore many ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
