You are so unprofessional. I spent my hard-earned money to buy this TV only to find it
broken. You made me pay R10 000 for a broken TV. I want my money back immediately. You
even forced me to pay R1 500 for the “delivery” but I did not see any value for my money.
Your products are poor . I will not be buying anything from your store ever again.

I am sorry to have to say this, but I am writing this letter to complain about the flat screen TV
that I bought which arrived broken.
I bought the TV 3 days ago. I paid R10 000 and an additional R1 500 for delivery. I plugged it
in to test it, but it failed to work. I think you might have forgotten to test it as I believe it is
faulty. Don’t get me wrong but, I would appreciate a refund or a replacement.
