This document outlines a capstone project to develop a Graduates' Online Tracker system with a mobile app and integrated desktop system for Our Lady of Pillar College San Manuel Incorporated. The system will allow the school to track graduate outcomes and identify potential deficiencies in educational curricula. It will give graduates a way to view announcements and job opportunities. Data gathered from alumni will be analyzed using data visualization charts to help administrators and teachers evaluate programs and improve teaching standards and curricula. The project aims to benefit alumni, administrators, students, and future researchers. It will use agile development methodology and gather input from school staff and alumni.

significant transformation during the past several
decades. The old tasks of universities may become
obsolete, requiring new responsibilities and
conscious redefining of their status to suit future
demands. Today's schools and universities must
maintain track of their graduates to monitor their
personal development.

5. Graduate's Online Tracker System can offer data on
higher education outcomes that can be used as a
resource for the concerned higher education
institutions to improve and ensure their quality. To
ascertain the level of accountability an institution
has for its graduates, a tracker study of graduates is
required. This may serve as an important starting
point for developing and implementing curricular
improvement initiatives.

Pillar College San Manuel Incorporated to obtain
information on potential deficiencies in a certain
educational curriculum. These can be applied to
raise educational standards and enhance the

data visualization charts, this will help admins and teachers to
create a better decision on what should they improve on their

be fixed.

announcements but it will be only for

chart to see an overview of the
gathered data using a simplified
chart, they will also have an access
to print these reports.

an account using their custom
username and password. Upon
creation of their account, they can just
login using their username and
password. The alumni can edit their
profile account, see the latest
announcements by the administrator
and the coordinators, and answer the
questionnaire needed by the school.

account, here they will see the latest
news from the school, events, and the
job applications for their corresponding
careers.

teaching and also the curriculum based from reports.
