Immunizing Image Classifiers Against Localized Adversary Attacksgerogepatton
This paper addresses the vulnerability of deep learning models, particularly convolutional neural networks
(CNN)s, to adversarial attacks and presents a proactive training technique designed to counter them. We
introduce a novel volumization algorithm, which transforms 2D images into 3D volumetric representations.
When combined with 3D convolution and deep curriculum learning optimization (CLO), itsignificantly improves
the immunity of models against localized universal attacks by up to 40%. We evaluate our proposed approach
using contemporary CNN architectures and the modified Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR-10
and CIFAR-100) and ImageNet Large Scale Visual Recognition Challenge (ILSVRC12) datasets, showcasing
accuracy improvements over previous techniques. The results indicate that the combination of the volumetric

3. Extruded Fin Tube
Aluminum rolling finned tube is rolling as a whole by the aluminum tube, which has the
feather of no contact thermal resistance, high strength, thermal shock and mechanical
shock, good thermal performance, and considerable expansion heat transfer surface. It
can be bi-metal or mono metallic tubes.

5. Hellicaly Spiral Crimped Fin Tube
Crimped Fins are spirally wrapped onto the base tube, without welding, but spot welded.

6. Embedded G Type Fin Tube
The fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back
filling with the base tube. G fin tube consists of aluminum fin strip that is mechanically
embedded into the wall of the tube. The embedding process is controlled by tooling that
first plows a groove into the tubes outside diameter, then guides the base of the fin into
the groove.

7. L fin tubes
The aluminum fin strip or the copper fin strip is folded into an L shape and spirally
wound tightly under the action of tension on the outer surface of the base tube. Tension
in the fin strip is wrapped around the tube serves to make the fin foot forcefully on the
tube, thus hold the fin firmly in place.

9. KL fin tube, also called kurling finned tube
Before continuous winding on the surface of steel tube, the outer surface of base tube

type fin and LL type fin, it has better heat transfer.
