1.Stainless Steel Manifold
Our company began to manufacture the manifolds in 2008. Now, we have manufactured over
100 types of this product.
The main material is 304 stainless steel, 316L and A234,etc.
The main style of joint is screwed connection(NPT/BSP/BSPT/G thread,etc), flanged connection
(ASTM/JIN/AS.etc.)
At present, the size of the manifold we can provide:the maximum diameter 8", the maximum
length is 3745mm.
The number and the location of the branches we change by your drawings.
We are the first company that we can connect two different branches at the same cross section
in 45°,90°or 180°. If permitted, the distance between two branches can be decreased into
10mm.
And we can promise the manifolds will not be deformed in welding.Flanges including welding
neck flange, slip on flange, blind flange, plate flange, socket welding flange, lap joint flange.
Our flanges are manufactured according to ANSI, JIS, DIN, BS, EN1092-1, SABS1123 standard
etc, and we can also manufacture flanges according to customer's drawings.

The heating furnace with a sharp bend, can meet SH3065—2000 standard and concentrated

4.Valves:We produce valves with API 602 standard including forged steel gate valves, stop
valve, check valve and ball valve. The middle of the valve is connected with the bolt and it is
welded. Regardless of manufacturing process or qualities are up to general international
standards. This kind of valve exported to lots of countries.

3. Valves:DN1/4"~4". Pressure: 800Lb~2500Lb. Material: A105N, A182, F3, F316, F321, F304L,
F316L, F53, F54, LF2, LF3, LF11, F22, F5, etc. Connection: BW, SW, RF, etc.
We also produce cast steel gate valve, stop valve, and check valve, ball valve and cellar gate
which up to API600 or API6D standard. The middle of the valve is connected with the bolt.
Regardless of manufacturing process or qualities are up to general international standards.
Valves:DN 2"~24". Pressure: 150Lb~2500Lb. Material: A216, WCB, WCC, A351, CF8, CF8M,
CF3M, LF2, LF3, F54, LCB, etc. Connection: BW, RF, etc.
In addition, we produce fully welded ball valve comply with European standard. Such valve
concludes diameter valves and reducing valves. It is widely used for heating system or natural
gas.
Valves: DN 10"~350"; pressure: PN1.6Mpa～4.0MPa; material: ST 37.0, ST 37.8, stainless
steel.
These valve products are using in the toughest applications such as municipal water
systems; water supply and drainage systems in high-rise buildings; fire protection
systems; HVAC systems, and industrial water systems. We manufacture valves for use in
sea water, and other applications.
