COPPER NICKEL CU-NI90/10 PIPES & TUBES
Copper Nickel (Cu-Ni 90 / 10) Pipes and Tubes that are
being sourced by using high quality of raw material and

industry standard products. Copper Nickel ASTM B466 UNS
C70600 90/10 Pipes is an alloy of copper and nickel, along
with fortification elements such as manganese and iron.
These Copper Nickel Alloy 90/10 Tubes shows some higher
corrosion resistance in seawater. And thus because of this,

times for the crankshafts, propellers and hulls of finest

SPIRAL FINNED HEAT TRANSFER TUBES
According to customer demands, electro galvanize or hot-dip
galvanize coating can be applied to carbon steel tube-St2 finned
serpentine types; tin or solder coating can be applied to copper
and copper alloyed tube copper finned serpentine types. With
the help of these coatings oxidation is decreased whereas heat
transfer is increased.

Seamless Pipe Manufacturing Process:
Steel pipes and tubes can be manufactured in different
methods, the main methods are electric resistance
welding (ERW), fusion welding (EFW), double
submerged arc welding (DSAW) and seamless pipe
manufacturing (SMLS). The seamless pipe
manufacturing process starts with the transformation of
raw materials into steel bars. In different types of rolling
mills steel bars are formed into a solid round shape,
called billet, which is heated and pushed or pulled over
a piercing rod producing a hollow tube or shell. Due to
the heating production process seamless pipes are
normalized and should have a consistent steel pattern
throughout its range.
Seamless Pipe Sizes And Dimensions:
Seamless pipes are finished in accordance
with customer needs regarding dimensional
and wall thickness specifications as well as
heat treatment for more demanding
applications. In general a seamless pipe is
manufactured in sizes from 1/8” to 24”
according to current standards API, ASTM, and
ASME. Seamless tubing is available for
different materials such as carbon steel,
stainless steel and alloy steel. If required for
special projects we can also supply seamless
pipes for bigger sizes starting from outside
diameter 26” up to 48”
SMLS Pipes For Various Industries :
Seamless tubes are mostly used to transport
high pressure gas or fluid within the oil & gas,
petrochemical, chemical and power industries.
As the manufacturing process does not
include any welding, seamless pipes are
perceived to be more non-corroding and to
withstand higher operating pressure and
mechanical stress than welded steel pipes
(according to ASME). Despite higher initial
costs seamless pipes are more cost-effective
when taking potential of defects, replacement
and comprehensive tests for welded pipes
into consideration.

BERR can offer pipe spool fabrication to most specifications including API, ASME,
AS/NZ, EN or custom client standards. We provide specialised fabrication,
welding and machining for pipe spooling with high quality professional
workmanship. We can also provide CAD drawings in 2D or 3D for our pipe spools
if required.
We can also meet any client inspection and testing requirements, including
internal or external third party inspections (with witness hold points as required)
and testing including ultrasonic (UT), dye penetrant (PT), magnetic particle (MT)
or any other special requirement. We manufacture pipe spools and prefabricated
piping systems in the following materials:

 Duplex, Superduplex
 904L, 254 SMO
 Austenitic and Superaustenitic stainless steels
 Welding methods: EFW, PAW, GTAW, SAW.
Our welding operators have been qualified according to: ASME IX, EN1418,
