The challenge

   Innovating and bringing innovation to the markets is a key

    technology
       Given current market changes, benchmarking and alignment on best practices

   The innovation cycle requires a duration that is often not
    compatible with the short term objectives of the established

       Or, conversely, unfruitful projects are maintained alive by the survival instinct of
        internal stakeholders

       BU resistance to dedicate resources to a process that is multi-disciplinary and
        not contributive to short term business results
