Workflow
What is a Recruiter First Workflow?
• Recruiter first workflows allow
your recruiters to fill out and
sign forms before they are sent
to be completed by an
employee via HRCenter.
• Most common usage for these
types of workflows are offer
letters, applicant review, or
other pre-assignment types of
information.
Recruiter First Workflow Requirements
1. Service rep needs to be assigned a Web User Account
2. The HRCenter form needs to be configured for both the employee and the
service rep
Recruiter First Workflow – What’s the
workflow?
After the administration work is done, here is the process we recommend you follow…
1. Assign the employee the
relevant form from the
actions menu of their record
2. The service rep logs into
HRCenter and completes their
portion of the form
3. The employee logs into
HRCenter and completes their
portion of the form
4. The form is automatically stored as one document in the employees record

  • 9. Certificate • What is a Certificate? • A certificate is used as a way of authenticating digitally signed documents. • It houses important information to help validate when and where the document was signed and who it was signed by.
  • 10. Certificate Details • Recommended Program: Use an interactive PDF Reader, Foxit Reader is the default program when using Enterprise. • Each signed document will have an interactive box you can select to give you more details about all of the signers.
  • 11. Recruiter First Workflow What is a Recruiter First Workflow? • Recruiter first workflows allow your recruiters to fill out and sign forms before they are sent to be completed by an employee via HRCenter. • Most common usage for these types of workflows are offer letters, applicant review, or other pre-assignment types of information.
  • 12. Recruiter First Workflow Requirements 1. Service rep needs to be assigned a Web User Account 2. The HRCenter form needs to be configured for both the employee and the service rep
  • 13. Recruiter First Workflow – What’s the workflow? After the administration work is done, here is the process we recommend you follow… 1. Assign the employee the relevant form from the actions menu of their record 2. The service rep logs into HRCenter and completes their portion of the form 3. The employee logs into HRCenter and completes their portion of the form 4. The form is automatically stored as one document in the employees record
  • 14. Recruiter First Workflow – Testing • Test Test Test. • There is one authority on what you need your recruiter first workflow to do and that authority is YOU.
  • 15. HRCenter Actions • Actions are a new feature in HR Center that allows for custom events to happen directly after a Workflow or Step is submitted. • Previously limited to when a page was submitted.
