Garcinia cambogia - at what age can you take it and how many and does it work?
Why is it not ok for kids under 18 cause my friend is 17 and its doing well for her. and is it okay
to take 3 a day why or why not

It's because you're still growing and being on diets while having to rely on other means apart
from eating clean and exercising is for adults whose metabolism has already slowed down. It's
working for your friend for sure, her natural metabolism is doing great with or without the
supplement. It can also be a placebo effect. You spend money on it, you will WANT it to work.
With that said, if you want to give it a try then it's not necessary harmful for you especially if
