3. Entitlement Hub Build, Test and Deploy
Objectives
There are four objectives to Entitlement Hub Build, Test and Deploy:
• Develop a detailed blueprint for integrating back-office systems with the entitlement management system
(using the high-level design created in System Design engagement)
• Implement and unit test detailed design components
• Integrate and test entitlement management system
• Support project through go-live and post go-live
Delivery Approach
The engagement is delivered by two Flexera Software Consultants in five or more work streams. Whenever possible, work
streams are executed in parallel.
Work Stream I: Series of design workshops that will provide guidance and define the entitlement hub technical strategy. This
typically includes:
• Define entitlement hub framework technology
• Determine integration strategy with middleware, ERP and other back-/front-office systems
• Define needed modules within the entitlement hub
• Validate data contract for the external interface layer of the defined modules
Work Stream II: Build the order manager within the entitlement hub
• Build entitlement hub framework
• Build order manager policy layer
• Build order manager external data contract interfaces and integrate to core order manager
• Deploy order manager interface layer
