HRD procures and selects only skilled and efficient employees. This is the first level
functionsof Human Resource Management process or model.
After job designor recruitment, most appropriateare chosen from available candidates,is
called selection. Selection and staffingneeds focus matchingpeople and their career needs
and capabilities withjob and career paths.

3. Promotion and Transfer:
Human Resource Department promotes and transfer resources as per
requirement of the organization.
