QCL-14-v3_Flowcharts College admissions process_SIMSREE_Aditi Chavanseema wati
In this challenge we have studied college admissions process in which students face many difficulties due to flaws in it , We have tried covering maximum flaws in the process and team learning for the same We have also tried to find solutions for the problems discussed
This flowchart gives a clear insight of BIMTECH Admission process and also identifies the trouble spots. The flowchart is presented both in Micro and Macro way.
Flowchart is the most frequently used graphical presentation to make a process of any activity strategic and organized. We tried to use so many flowcharts to explain the concept of it. It is presented by Anu Vashisth, Priyanka Bhati, Divya Gupta.
Identifying 3 trouble spots in the process of college admission. Defining the problem at each trouble spot.Macro flow chart and a Micro flow chart prepared for same.
use of flow diagram helps to determine sequence of activities followed in any project. It also helps to identify problems that can occur during implementation of project.

the project flowcharting is the practical application of understanding the concept of flow chart and help u to know how to make micro and macro flowchart of college admission process
This was the project given to us in qimpro championship league. This presentation is all about flowchart and includes macro and micro flowcharts of the admission process.
This project was made by Aparna Agnihotri, Soumya Badola and Simran Nagar. It presents a brief introduction to flow charting, and goes on to show how creating a flow chart of a college's admission process can help in identifying and addressing problem areas in the process.

Abstract
This paper is written to explain the admissions process as it currently exists at Wilkes University for graduate students and is an area of interest to the administration because of issues that were uncovered during the Middle States evaluation process. The graduate application process has evolved over time and at different points in the process there are successes and failures that should to be noted. The admission process for the most part has improved over the last three years, but as with every implementation process, solutions often lead to more questions. To make the case and discover the scope of the problem it is prudent to first explain the definition of terms and query fields used in the banner system for admissions processing. Next, the report will explain the human contribution to the project from the student services, graduate studies, the academic departments. Lastly, recommendations and an implementation plan will be laid out to enhance the current process which will include, data clean-up, and training to solidify the new coding policies and procedures once they are approved.
History of Graduate Admissions
The Graduate admission process was based historically on credit generation and back as far as three years ago clearly did not exist as an electronic process at Wilkes. The student application process was a manual process which included students sending in a paper application, transcripts and letters of recommendations and depending on the program other documentation if necessary.
At the time graduate applications received by mail were sent from the university mail room to the Max Roth Center. Processi.

A Strategic Approach: GenAI in EducationPeter Windle
Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

3. Introduction to flow chart
A flowchart is a type of diagram that represents an
algorithm, workflow or process showing the steps as
boxes of various kinds and their order by connecting
them with arrows. This diagrammatic representation
illustrates a solution model to a given task or activities.
Flowcharts are use in designing, analyzing, documenting,
or managing a process or program in various fields.
Flowcharts are used in designing and documenting
complete process or programs.

8. Problems of admission process
Delay in verification of documents: due to lack of clerical staff
longer time is taken and a large number of applications are left
unanswered.
Problem in fee refunding: the applicant might want withdraw the
application form and demand for a fee refund which the college might
not comply with.
Unknown place: college must provide a map for admission process
if it is a confusing one because few parents get tensed when they do not
reach on given time due to lack of know abouts of the place.
9. Lessons Learned
How to make flowcharts
Difference between micro and macro flowcharts
Experience of different people about their college admissions-process
and problems
Stick to deadlines
No submission of fake documents through the process. It might result
in negative effects.
