The flight reservation and ticketing system allows different types of users to book and manage flight reservations. It handles reservations, ticketing, baggage management, seat inventory, messaging and material ordering. The system provides querying of records and generates various reports. It utilizes email, SMS and mobile booking. Compared to other student systems, it handles special needs passengers, various reservation updates, cancellation refunds, dual interfaces, ticketing standards and excess baggage tracking. The system integrates with other airline modules and uses a modular architecture with administrative, baggage, inventory and messaging modules. It has defined workflows between clients, agents and the system servers and database.
The system was created using VB .NET in front end and SQL SERVER 2008 as database in backend . Airline Reservations System contain airline schedules, fare tariffs, passenger reservations and ticket records and customer details etc.

Feasibility study is to check the viability of the project under consideration. Theoretically various types of feasibilities are conducted, but we have conducted three type of feasibilities explained as under.
ECONOMIC FEASIBILITY
With the manual system the operating cost of the system is about 60 Lacks P.A.. This cost comprises salary of 25 people, stationary, building rent, electricity, water, telephone etc. But with the new system this reoccurring cost comes out to be about 20 Lacks P.A. Hence the new system is economically feasible.
TECHNICAL FEASIBILITY
The new system requires only 6 trained person to work with the system and in overall 10 people per office are sufficient. So we will identify 6 best people from existing system and train them.
As our existing system is purely manual, so we need a one time investment of Rs 4 Laks for the purchase of 7 computers, 5 Ticket printers, a laser printer, AC and networking etc. It requires 20 Lacks PA as a operating cost.
With the above details our system is technically feasible as after investing 24 Lacks in a year, the company is still saving Rs 25 Lacks PA.
OPERATIONAL FEASIBILITY
The new solution is feasible in all sence but operationally it is not. The new system demands the expulsion of at least 15 people from the company. It creates an environment of joblessness and fear among the employees. It can lead to an indefinite strike in the company also. So the management must take corrective actions prior in advance in order to start the further proceedings.

Global GDS Flight Extranet is a secure web platform that provides airline companies with access to a wide range of information and services related to their flights. The flight extranet systems are the backbone for sharing flight information and data between different airlines, travel agencies, and other aviation partners.
The Flight Extranet system connects various aviation sector stakeholders via a centralized platform. This platform typically uses a combination of web-based applications, data exchange protocols, and security measures to ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of information being shared.
Airlines can connect with airports, other airlines, ground handlers, and organizations via the Flight Extranet system to share flight information such as flight schedules and passenger manifests.
Airlines can utilize the system to access weather information, flight planning tools, and real-time flight tracking information.

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Elevating Tactical DDD Patterns Through Object CalisthenicsDorra BARTAGUIZ
After immersing yourself in the blue book and its red counterpart, attending DDD-focused conferences, and applying tactical patterns, you're left with a crucial question: How do I ensure my design is effective? Tactical patterns within Domain-Driven Design (DDD) serve as guiding principles for creating clear and manageable domain models. However, achieving success with these patterns requires additional guidance. Interestingly, we've observed that a set of constraints initially designed for training purposes remarkably aligns with effective pattern implementation, offering a more ‘mechanical’ approach. Let's explore together how Object Calisthenics can elevate the design of your tactical DDD patterns, offering concrete help for those venturing into DDD for the first time!

Neuro-symbolic is not enough, we need neuro-*semantic*Frank van Harmelen
Neuro-symbolic (NeSy) AI is on the rise. However, simply machine learning on just any symbolic structure is not sufficient to really harvest the gains of NeSy. These will only be gained when the symbolic structures have an actual semantics. I give an operational definition of semantics as “predictable inference”.
All of this illustrated with link prediction over knowledge graphs, but the argument is general.

5. 3. Major difference from other similar system
The differences listed below are listed based on comparing the proposed project from the other
similar system that is also made by the students for a school project study:
1.
The system is not only capable of booking passenger. The system has the feature of booking different
type of passengers that needs special assistance. Therefore, the system gets a major difference on
this aspect
2. The system is capable not just by updating of booked flight reservation in a simple way. The system
specifically used the proper business process of updating the flight reservation of a passenger by
using the rebooking, rerouting, or the combination of rerouting and rebooking method
3. Cancellation of flight reservation is also in the business process, where the cases correspond in this
action applies which is the refund process
4. The system used the notification system where the special technology is implemented. The system
includes delivering the notification services to the passengers via email and SMS
5. The system has two different type of system interface which is the GUI or Object-oriented based
program and a console or command-line interface program. The system includes the feature of
including a console-based program in the system to have an alternative solution in case that the GUIbased system malfunctions.
6. The ticketing system used the case to case procedure in the system. It is in the business process of
processing flight tickets that includes the legal and proper issuance of ticket that is also based on the
IATA, and ICAO standards.
7. The whole system is based on the two (2) standards that are majorly followed by all the airline
company in their booking and ticketing system process.
8. Excess baggage ticketing is also proposed in the system, from purchasing a ticket and marking it up
to the tracking of the baggage.
9. Material Order Inventory is included in the system to assure that all the needed materials by the
passenger is supplied before the flight.
10. Sales reporting is also included that gives an automatic reporting of the flight ticketing sales.
