ABSTRACT: Although a significant amount of literature exists on Morocco's migration policies and their
successes and failures since their implementation in 2014, there is limited research on the integration of subSaharan African children into schools. This paperis part of a Ph.D. research project that aims to fill this gap. It
reports the main findings of a study conducted with migrant children enrolled in two public schools in Rabat,
Morocco, exploring how integration is defined by the children themselves and identifying the obstacles that they
have encountered thus far. The following paper uses an inductive approach and primarily focuses on the
relationships of children with their teachers and peers as a key aspect of integration for students with a migration
background. The study has led to several crucial findings. It emphasizes the significance of speaking Colloquial
Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and being part of a community for effective integration. Moreover, it reveals that the
use of Modern Standard Arabic as the language of instruction in schools is a source of frustration for students,
indicating the need for language policy reform. The study underlines the importanceof considering the
children‟s agency when being integrated into mainstream public schools.

ABSTRACT: This research aims to examine how ESG disclosure and risk disclosure affect the total risk of
companies. Using cross section data from 355 companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange, data regarding
ESG disclosure and risk was collected. In this research, ESG and risk disclosures are measured based on content
analysis using GRI 4 guidelines for ESG disclosures and COSO ERM for risk disclosures. Using multiple
regression, it is concluded that only risk disclosure can reduce the company's total risk, while ESG disclosure
cannot affect the company's total risk. This shows that only risk disclosure is relevant in determining a
company's total risk.

The Challenges of Good Governance and Project Implementation in Nigeria: A Re...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT : This study reveals that systemic corruption and other factors including poor leadership,
leadership recruitment processes, ethnic and regional politics, tribalism and mediocrity, poor planning, and
variation of project design have been the causative factors that undermine projects implementation in postindependence African states, particularly in Nigeria. The study, thus, argued that successive governments of
African states, using Nigeria as a case study, have been deeply engrossed in this obnoxious practice that has
undermined infrastructure sector development as well as enthroned impoverishment and mass poverty in these
African countries. This study, therefore, is posed to examine the similarities in causative factors, effects and
consequences of corruption and how it affects governance, projects implementation and national growth. To
achieve this, the study adopted historical research design which is qualitative and explorative in nature. The
study among others suggests that the governments of developing countries should shun corruption and other
forms of obnoxious practices in order to operate effective and efficient systems that promote good governance
and ensure there is adequate projects implementation which are the attributes of a responsible government and
good leadership. Policy makers should also prioritize policy objectives and competence to ensure that policies
are fully implemented within stipulated time frame.

Exploring Factors Affecting the Success of TVET-Industry Partnership: A Case ...AJHSSR Journal
ABSTRACT: The purpose of this study was to explore factors affecting the success of TVET-industry
partnerships. A case study design of the qualitative research method was used to achieve this objective. For the
study, one polytechnic college of Oromia regional state, and two industries were purposively selected. From the
sample polytechnic college and industries, a total of 17 sample respondents were selected. Out of 17
respondents, 10 respondents were selected using the snowball sampling method, and the rest 7 respondents were
selected using the purposive sampling technique. The qualitative data were collected through an in-depth
interview and document analysis. The data were analyzed using thematic approaches. The findings revealed that
TVET-industry partnerships were found weak. Lack of key stakeholder‟s awareness shortage of improved
training equipment and machines in polytechnic colleges, absence of trainee health insurance policy, lack of
incentive mechanisms for private industries, lack of employer industries involvement in designing and
developing occupational standards, and preparation of curriculum were some of the impediments of TVETindustry partnership. Based on the findings it was recommended that the Oromia TVET bureau in collaboration
with other relevant concerned regional authorities and TVET colleges, set new strategies for creating strong
awareness for industries, companies, and other relevant stakeholders on the purpose and advantages of
implementing successful TVET-industry partnership. Finally, the Oromia regional government in collaboration
with the TVET bureau needs to create policy-supported incentive strategies such as giving occasional privileges
of duty-free import, tax reduction, and regional government recognition awards based on the level of partnership
contribution to TVET institutions in promoting TVET-industry partnership.

1. Survey Results
Analysis
In this I will be looking at my survey results and analysing them to
see what people have chosen. I will go through each question
separately and analyse them.
2. Overall for my survey I got 75 responses, which is much more
that what I thought I would get. For the first question I asked
what price people would pay for a magazine. Looking at this
data it implies that the majority of people said from £3.00 or
less. A total of 51 people chose this answer which is around
69%. This is over half which does show that more than half of
the people who done my survey picked that answer. The next
most common answer was £3.01 to £6.00. You can tell by
looking at the bar graph that this was less than half the
amount of people who chose £3.00 or less. Overall 30% of
people chose that answer. The next choice was $6.01 to
£10.00. Only one person picked this answer. They may have
chose that price range, because they could possibly buy
magazines and therefore they know how much it might cost.
The last choice was more than £10.00. For this choice no one
picked it at all, which shows that the average music magazine
must not be more than £10.00. Looking at these results, my
magazine will cost around £3.00 or less.
3. The next question was whether or not people buy music
magazines. The most popular answer was never, and the
percentage of people who said that was 85%. This shows that
over three quarters of the people who did my survey have
never bought and music magazine. Out of 75 this was 64
people. The next choice was monthly and there are some
people who do buy monthly music magazines. There was only
10 people who said that they buy music magazines monthly,
and lastly there was only 1 person who says that they buy
music magazines weekly. This one person could be the same
person who said the answer £6.01 to £10.00 for the first
question. Overall the majority of people (64) have never
bought a music magazine before, but the rest (11) have,
whether that’s weekly or monthly.
4. The third question was what type of social media people use
the most. I asked this question because I would like to have an
account for my magazine set up on the most popular social
media site, and from looking at the data the most popular is
Facebook. I would advertise the account on the magazine
itself. As I said, Facebook is the most popular social media,
with 53% of people choosing that as the answer. This is over
half the amount of people who took my survey. The next
choice was Snapchat. 18 people picked this social media, and
the third choice was Instagram. Only 9 people picked that
choice. From what I know more younger people (teenagers/
adults aged up to 25), would have picked Snapchat and
Instagram, and the older people (adults over 25), would have
picked Facebook. This is mainly because younger people use
Snapchat and Instagram more often and older people use
Facebook more often. Overall, the majority of people use
Facebook as their most popular social media.
5. For the third question I asked what type of things would
encourage people to read and indie/pop music magazine. There
was a range of answers for this question so I had to try find the
most common answer. The common answers are as follows:
Asking for free gifts and/or offers, free music downloads, and
having in depth articles on artists that people like. There was also
another comment that was only said once but I liked it and that
was mentioning tour dates and when people are having concerts
in the magazine. This is something I would love to mention as I
have had my fair share of concerts. Furthermore, looking at the
results I would defiantly include free gifts and offers as that was
one of my questions further down the survey and I would also
have articles about artists, and in this case it will be my
upcoming artist who will be on the front cover.
6. My 5th question was to put the following artists in order of
preference. There was a total of 7 artists and some were a
lot more popular than others. When looking at the data It
was quite difficult to sort out who had which number, but I
did get it in quite an accurate order. The order is (starting
from 1 and going down to 7) Adele, Coldplay, Bastille, The
1975, Lana del Ray, Lorde and lastly The two door cinema
club. I am not surprised that Adele was the most common
answer for number one, because she is the most well
known British women singer I know. I don’t think I know
anyone who does not know who Adele is. Also I'm not as
surprised for the two door cinema club becoming 7th
because they are not as well known as other people on the
list. Seeing this data means that I will now look at
magazines with Adele and Coldplay on and see what type
of articles have been written about them.
7. I asked this question as I would like to see what music
magazine is most common. I done this, because I will look at
the top three and get inspiration for my own front cover. I
would also look at the contents page, and double page
spread. So looking at the results the top three music
magazines are Rolling stone, NME and Q. I also did an analysis
for the mastheads, and I did one for each of the top three.
This will help me create my own masthead, because I will look
into them in more detail when doing my own magazine. The
most common answer was Rolling stone, then NME, then Q,
Vibe and lastly Billboard.
8. For question 7 I asked what colour scheme they thought
best suited an indie/pop music magazine. The first
choice was black, red and white, the second was black,
white and blue, third was blue, yellow, red and the
fourth was white, grey and black. The most common
answer was black, red and white, which is what I find
most indie magazines use for their colour scheme. It was
very close between first and second as black, red and
white git 36% and White, grey and black got 31%.
9. For this question I asked what type of freebies people would
like to see in the magazine. When I was writing this question I
had a feeling of what people might put as the popular
answers and that was discount on concert tickets and free
music downloads, and as you can see these were the two
highest answers. Out of them two the highest was free music
downloads. This was the most popular because a lot of
people nowadays download their music instead of buying
CD’s, so it seemed fit to make this an answer for the
questionnaire. The second most common answer with 52%
was discount on concert tickets. More than half the people
put this answer. The third most popular answer was posters.
This answer was not as popular because not a lot of music
magazines don’t have posters within them so people don’t
collect them very often. The last answer was other and only
6% put a separate answer for this question. Some of the
responses were, CD’s, Vinyl and earphones.
10. This question was asking what type of articles would
interest people who already read music magazines, or
what would interest people to read music magazines.
The most popular answer was reviews on different
artists. 39% of the people chose this answer. The second
answer was to do Q&A’s (question and answer). I
thought that this answer would be popular because
Q&A’s seem to become very popular nowadays, on
YouTube and possibly in music magazines. The third
most popular answer was celebrity gossip. For me I
thought that this would not be a popular answer
because you don’t find a lot of gossip in music
magazines. And the last answer was ‘other’. One
suggestion that another person put was: interviews.
Overall this was a well answered question with Reviews
on artists being the top one.
11. The last question that I done for my questionnaire was
what type of competition prizes would you like to see in
the magazine. This question is a little bit similar to my 8th
question, but for this one you do no get the prizes free
you have to win them. The most popular answer was
concert tickets. I think this was the most popular with
65% choosing it because, out of all of them concert
tickets are the most expensive prize to win. The second
most common answer was to meet and greet different
artists. This has become a very popular event to happen
recently, so it seemed fitting to add it to one of the
prizes. The third and fourth answer was free music
downloads with 25% and free CD’s with 15%. Music
downloads was more popular as more people listen to
music electronically instead f playing CD’s. The last
option was an ‘other’ answer. Some responses are: An
IPad and Vinyl.
