5. 1. INTRODUCTION
1. Plastic are a wide range of synthetic or semi synthetic
material that use polymers as a main ingredient.
2. The waste plastic are to be effectively utilised.
3. The plastic waste is naturally available in adequate quantity.
4. This is one of the best way to avoid the accumulation of
plastic waste which is an on degradable- pollutant.
5. So if we put this waste plastic in bricks, it can give various
advantages.

 To make the high strength plastic sand brick.
 Reuse the waste plastic.
 To clean the environment.
 To reduce the economical problem.
 To reduced the amount of waste plastic for land filling.

12.  BATCHING – Measurement of material is known as batching . The waste bottle are
rinced with water and then dried after which the weights of bottle are measured
 BURNING- In this burning of plastic bottles are done. Plastic bottle are cut into
into pieces and the these pieces are put into drum for melting.In the first step
stones,drum and firewood ar arranged.
 MIXING-Pieces of plastic are added into drum for until the proportion required
by us is achieved.River sand is used in addition in plastic sand mixture.
 MOULDING- In moulding process,the prepare mixture is then filled into wooden
mould and then compressed by tamping rod.

1. The proposed project Presented above Intends to resolve in reducing the
plastic waste disposal problem as it utilizes the waste even its finests from
and converts that useless material into a usefull construction material.
2. It also help in reducing the usage of natural resources which are utilized
during the manufacturing of burnt brick also it reduces the pollution
which is generated from kiln during manufacturing of burnt brick.
3. The final end product can be used as brick, which is having a higher
strength than convential brick
