 Trinity Terminal is the largest container handling facility in UK, and has one of Europe’s
longest continuous quays, at 2,354 meters.
 The total developed area of Trinity Terminal stands at 136.7 hectares, with an annual
capacity to handle four million TEUs (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units).
 The terminal has earned a reputation as one of the most efficient and high-tech
container terminals in Europe.
 Trinity terminal is the UK’s leading port for the transportation of refrigerated goods, and
is equipped with 1,600 reefer points to supply power to refrigerated containers.

 Berths 8&9 were the first UK births to handle the world’s largest
container ship, the 19,224 TEU mega vessel, the MSC Oscar.
 Berths 8&9 have equipped with the largest ship-to-shore cranes of
their types anywhere in the world. With an outreach of 62 meters,
they are capable of handling container ships with 24 containers
wide on deck.

The Port of Felixstowe provides over 700,000 square feet of warehousing,
located within the HM Revenue & Customs wharf-approved area.

 Port of Felixstowe have dedicated Emergency Services teams who comply with

prevention, detection and investigation of crime and any suspicious activity on the port.
