Progressive Consulting Engineers (PCE) is a civil engineering firm that has been providing design services to US Fish and Wildlife Service Region 3 and other federal agencies since 1988. PCE has extensive experience with water management and infrastructure projects, including canal and road rehabilitation, dam and spillway design, and water system modeling. Some of PCE's past projects include rehabilitating water management canals and roads at Agassiz NWR in Minnesota; replacing radial gates and rehabilitating concrete structures at Agassiz NWR and Squaw Creek NWR; and replacing deteriorated water lines and modeling the system at Crab Orchard NWR in Illinois.
