A big contribution to this outstanding airframe has to be given to the developers, the
company Lockheed or Lockheed Martin. An astonishing fact is that the same
company has made this aircraft for over 50 years; this just shows that Lockheed
knows how to design and manufacture lasting aircraft to persevere with modern
technology. I would say that the years this aircraft has been in service is enough in
itself to say how it impacted the aviation industry, giving it new means of how to
create lasting aircraft for the high demand for its operations.
A few decades ago, the military needed an upgrade on its cargo and troop carrying
capabilities. In the 1950 s, the less modern World War II cargo aircraft were the C
190, C 47, and C 46 s. These did not meet the requirements for a continuously

Les Miserables is by far one of my favorite stories/ movies. There are so many
underlying views though out. The original author of Les Miserables was Victor
Hugo. Victor Hugo himself is a very interesting gentleman that lived in a very
complicated time period with lots of political issues, which I believe come out in this
movie.
Jean Valjean, is who Hugo chose as the hero of Les Miserables ultimately. However,
in the beginning it starts out by portraying him as a bad guy and someone who
focuses on his hate. His hate is directed at Inspector Javert, the officer who sentences
him to his prison term, which was hard labor. Jean Valjean s hatred for him, the
inspector, and his vengeance tends to only fester throughout the movie.
Once paroled, Jean Valjean discovers the bishop of Digne along his path. The
bishop takes him in and gives him a place to stay along food. Jean Valjean decides
to steal the bishops silverware. When the bishop discovers that Jean Valjean has
stolen his silver he shows him mercy and tells him kindly, Jean Valjean, my brother,
you no longer belong to what is evil, but to what is good. I have bought your soul to
save it from black thoughts and the spirit of perdition, and I give it to God . This
explains the importance of forgiveness and ultimately helps Jean Valjean understand
that taking vengeance upon Javert, the inspector that sentenced him to hard labor, is

of living in a world where contact with nature is deemed so abnormal that even
walking alone at night is a crime. The dystopian story revolves around the tale of a
man named Leonard Mead, living during a time period not so far away from our
own, in 2053 CE. In the story, a robotic police car is so suspicious of Mead s walking
behavior during one pleasant night that he is taken away to a psychiatric hospital. In
the new world, desiring televised rather than real experience is considered normal.

intervention when in our own nation we do not get full say in who become
president. The decision making does not include world leaders but also includes
the day to day decisions and our own life decisions we make every day, such as our

by just simply giving the individuals more choice in the world. Schwartz then later in
the lecture goes on to explain how this ever growing amount of choice can lead to
a paralysis of choice. According to Schwartz this paralysis is being exemplified by

instead of giving more choices equals a better life, now more choices means no
