FAIRFLO 111 is high range water reducing agent and retarding admixture for concrete Conforming to conforming to ASTM C- 494 type 'F' & 'G' and IS 9103-1999. It has been primarily developed for application in the premixed and precast concrete industries where the highest durability and performance is required. It is a particularly strong super plasticizer allowing production of consistence concrete properties around the required dosage. It differentiated from conventional super plasticizer in that it is based on a special polymer with long lateral chain.

4. Uses
To produce highly workable concrete requires minor vibration when it
is placed /poured immediately. Enables high water reduction to
achieve high early and 28 days strength. Ideal with higher grade of
concrete mix, prestressed and precast work, pavement concrete,
exposed slab concrete, mass concrete pours.
To produce high workability concrete repairing little or no vibration
during placing.

5. Typical results with use of FAIRFLO 111, M-20 grade of concrete with 0.51
W/C ratio, Cement OPC - 53, Sand Zone - II.

6. Packing & Dosage
 FAIRFLO 111 is supplied in 50,125,250kg carboys.
 FAIRFLO 111 can be added at a dosage of 0.6 % to 1.5% by
weight of cementitious material. However, the optimum dosage
should be determined by site trials.
