1. Fahmi Abdein Biography

Fahmi Abdein has twenty years of successful leadership and HR
management experiences in the US, Jordan, and Saudi Arabia. He
worked with some of the top organizations in the US such as HON
Industries, Aerotech, Rite Way Services, and others. An expert in OD
assessment and intervention at all organizational levels, and a
specialist in building, restructuring, and deploying HR systems,
procedures, processes, and policies. Proven track record in change
management, talent recruitment, retention and performance
management, empowerment, engagement, and succession systems
and policies.
Fahmi is a Business Excellence expert. He is an assessor and Team
leader with King Abdullah II Excellence Award-Jordan, King Abdul Aziz
Quality Award-Saudi, and Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence-UAE.
He has a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama,
USA. He participated in, and conducted various management and HR
seminars and workshops, and he has published many papers, articles,
and manuals on Leadership, Management and HR subjects. Currently
he is working as a professional management consultant, coach, and
trainer for some of the Middle East top organizations. His practical
