I brought 12 years and around 5000 hours experience in facilitating, teaching ,training and consultation in
a wide range of subjects for diversified industries, groups and ages. This educational experience was
supported by a dedicated study, read and research and was reinforced and supported by a long track of
business experiences extends for about 30 years in different fields such as business, sales and marketing,
management, Engineering and construction .
My facilitation style is engaging, creation, entertaining, impactful and highly interactive. I am using (ALMs)
Accelerated Learning Methodologies to enable participants to integrate the new learning quickly and
efficiently so they can immediately apply these new learning effectively in their work place and throughout all
aspects of their lives.
As a trainer I am highly skilled and experienced in managing the change process of individuals and teams in
the training environment. I have flexibility, well-honed skills, deep insight and a thorough understanding of
human motivation. I introduced a wide range of training courses in several fields, Human resources
developments (Soft Skills), marketing and sales and management.
My core focus and experience is in group facilitation, customized curriculum and training design, mentoring
and coaching. I have worked extensively in both small business and training, across a broad and varied range
of industries. With this background I bring many diverse professional and personal experiences to any
individual or organization. Some of these include the construction industry, telecommunications,
manufacturing, retailing, hospitality. Other clients have been TAFEPs, NGOs, private and government
organizations. This qualified me to work as Management Change and Marketing Strategist consultant. As a
facilitator I am handling the facilitation for MBA program of AIB- Australian Institute of Business for
Operation Management, New product Management and Human resource management for several intakes.
