El tema de LA EDUCACIÓN MEDIA VISTA COMO UNA POS-SECUNDARIA Y SU RELACIÓN CON LA EDUCACIÓN TERCIARIA se plantea, teniendo en cuenta que desde la Ley 1753 de 2015, en concordancia con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2014-2018, se viene estableciendo un Sistema Nacional de Educación Terciaria, el cual pretende poner a conversar tanto la Educación Formal, tradicional de títulos académicos de la educación superior universitaria, con la denominada Formación Profesional, vocacional o técnica, en el lenguaje internacional, la cual tiene en el SENA su máxima expresión.
Desde el punto de vista internacional, este sistema ha sido promovido por la OCDE para relacionar todo tipo de educación y/o formación posterior a la educación secundaria, la cual identifica y logra reconocer el proceso educativo y formativo progresivo de una persona, cualquiera que sea su ruta, definida mediante niveles de cualificación a través de competencias.
Para el caso de Colombia, esta expresión, se introduce inicialmente con un documento publicado por el Banco Mundial en 2003, denominado ‘La Educación Terciaria’ y, posteriormente, en otro documento de política pública, presentado al gobierno nacional en 2014 por el CESU, denominado ‘Acuerdo por lo Superior al 2034’.
De acuerdo con lo anterior, ¿cómo podríamos relacionar la educación básica secundaria con la superior o terciaria? y tal vez, la respuesta es que el nivel de media como pos-secundaria se oriente a la formación para el trabajo, lo cual requiere de un estudio detallado para su implementación y obviamente conllevaría a la expedición de una nueva ley, teniendo en cuenta que habría que modificar lo actualmente previsto para los grados 10 y 11 en la ley 115 de 1994; si consideramos, que las instituciones educativas existentes, se conviertan en INSTITUTOS TÉCNICOS DE FORMACIÓN LABORAL, lo cual podría extenderse hasta un grado 12.

Ahora en el año 2016, nuevamente la presento, para poder confrontar que paso luego de cinco años y determinar los avances especialmente en la aplicación de las líneas de investigación, el liderazgo de los docentes y la articulación de los trabajos de investigación con los proyectos de aula y pedagógicos productivos desarrollados desde los campos de práctica.

En primera instancia, se quiere tener claro, cuales son las etapas del posconflicto Colombiano; pero también, saber cuál será el rol de las instituciones educativas del país en este proceso.
Lo cierto es que muchas de estas instituciones educativas como las Normales que forman docentes para el sector rural y los centros educativos rurales; en especial estos últimos, serán quienes tengan que incorporar muchos de los desmovilizados en sus aulas de clase, para que estos no tengan la necesidad de desplazarse a las ciudades y en consecuencia, deberán reorganizar su estructura para conformar comunidades académicas con currículos pertinentes ajustados a las necesidades del contexto y de la población del área de influencia; apoyándose para ello, en proyectos específicos para fomentar la cultura de la paz y ayudar en la toma de conciencia, como responsabilidad conjunta, en donde todos podemos aportar como líderes, para el fortalecimiento del tejido social.
Finalmente, se hace una propuesta, esperando sea tenida en cuenta desde los niveles de educación básica, media y programa de formación complementaria de educadores, para contribuir en este proceso del posconflicto y de mejoramiento de las condiciones de vida de la población campesina y rural; como también, de otros sectores vulnerables en las zonas urbanas.

NAC-Tech has been conceived as an industry standard assessment and certification program to ensure the transformation of a "trainable" workforce into an "employable" workforce, hence creating a robust and continuous pipeline of talent for the IT/Engineering Industry. It is targeted at final year and pre-final year students, who will be seeking employment opportunities in the IT / Engineering sector.
The intent behind assessing these students is to identify the level of talent which is available across India, especially in Tier II and Tier III cities and provide feedback to them on areas they need to work on to improve their employ-ability.
Conceptualization of NAC-Tech
In-depth meetings with the large recruiters in the industry were conducted to understand their recruitment practices, cause of attrition desired skills in a candidate, etc. Based on this, a job-skill matrix was developed which formed the basis for the design of this assessment program. Core and Working Committees from the industry were formed and constant interactions were made to make sure that the program was in line with the industry requirements. An evaluation committee was set up to finalize the vendors and decide on the approach to the pilot. Multi-tier evaluation of the vendors happened after the initial interaction. The identified vendors provided the content and technology to run the test. The companies that have helped develop the assessment program are - TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant and HCL.

Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
