Kainos is a 26-year-old digital technology company with over 500 staff supporting 150 global customers from offices in the UK, Ireland, and Poland. To address the growing demand for digital skills and shortage of qualified professionals, Kainos created the Kainos Digital Academy to foster interest in technology through various initiatives targeting high school students, university students, young professionals, and mid-career workers. The Academy's programs include coding camps, hackathons, apprenticeships, and digital conversion training to develop the digital workforce and enrich the IT industry.
