![Name Heather Nibley Course Aerobics/Step 1020<br />Date 7/25/2011<br />HLAC - Lifelong Wellness Application Paper<br />Write a paragraph on each of the following:<br />,[object Object],This classed helped me, to get up in the morning feeling more refreshed and gave me a greater attention span during my lecture classes. I learned that exercise must be an active part in my life. For example, if I began to exercise everyday and then suddenly stopped, getting back into the “groove” of exercising everyday was much more difficult. <br />,[object Object],I now know that I can accomplish an hour and a half cardio workout without giving up. This will push me to finish future workouts strong because I already know I can do it. Exercising for me is also done best in the morning. There are too many excuses by the end of the day for why I don’t want to go to the gym. <br />,[object Object],During the semester I began exercising with a Personal Trainer at Gold’s Gym. He teaches me how to exercise on my own without a teacher or trainer all the time.
