With more than 25 years of work experience, I have provided direct support to
senior staff in multiple states as well as processing invoices and vouchers, assisting
with hiring and payroll, making travel arrangements, copying and assembling
reports, mailing and shipping documents and equipment, coordinating conference

NV5 (formerly AK Environmental, LLC), West Trenton, NJ, 2011 –
2015. Office Manager/Executive Assistant provided direct support to President
and Vice President with travel, processing conference registrations, organizing and
scheduling semi-annual company meetings in various states and locations, assisting
with coordination of conference advertising, AMEX expense reconciliation,
assisting with new hire packages, and processing payroll. Other duties included
providing administrative support to senior staff across multiple states.
Responsibilities included clerical support; printing, and mailing of both
administrative and project related materials, tracking and updating inventory;
coordinating travel and conference reservations, processing administrative and sub-
consultant invoices, maintaining auto policy status for all employees, shipping
safety equipment to staff and maintaining supply, and completing other duties as
requested.
New Jersey Housing Mortgage and Finance Agency, Trenton, NJ –
1990-2011
TRACS Coordinator, 2004 – 2011. Monitored HUD Section 8 Vouchers for
80 properties. Reviewed, audited and submitted vouchers for payment through the
HUD TRACS system. Provided troubleshooting for non-compliant properties,
working one on one to educate and bring property into compliance. Trained new
staff and provided monthly reports to supervisor. Created and conducted Power
Point presentations at conferences and seminars held in New Jersey and at HUD
Headquarters in Washington, DC, keeping property managers and owners up to
date with the ongoing changes of HUD rules and regulations, policies and
procedures.
