Motivation for parish staff to continue work at St. Joseph s resides in their desire to foster the mission
of the Church both on the broad level and on the more specific level of St. Joseph s. We felt the
fulfillment of the parish staff strongly. While working at the parish is indeed a job, we experienced a
mentality that staff members felt privileged to work at St. Joseph s. One of the accountants, Cathy
Bohnen, stated she looks forward to coming in to St. Joseph s. We believe this supports the notion that
the environment at St. Joseph s is one which encourages and supports its staff members simply by
creating an environment conducive to the work expected of staff.

The Human Effects Of Human Impact On The Environment
In our study about human impact on the amount of plastic in the environment, we discovered some
very interesting results. In our study, we walked through the streets of Sisters, Oregon. We went into
the local businesses to talk to them about their usage of plastic bags or paper bags. We wanted to see
just how much of Sisters was using only paper bags. We asked them to provide an approximate
number of paper and plastic bags that they give out to customers on a daily basis. We explained to
them some of the bad effects of plastic bags on the environment. If the owner was only using plastic
bags, then we suggested ideas to limit the plastic bags, such as a punch card for those who choose to
avoid the usage of plastic bags. We will highlight three of our interviews in this article, as well as
highlight the results of our study. Let us begin with the three interviews we would like to highlight.
The first interview that we would like to highlight was at Paulina Springs Books.. The employee
working was very willing to talk to us about the plastic bags. When we first walked in, we asked them
if they were willing to talk. She said that they do use plastic bags in their store. The owner does use
paper bags in their store as well. The cashier gave us an estimated number of plastic bags given out
daily at about 20. The number of paper bags given out was similar to the number of plastic bags, at 20

On Saturday November 4th, I visited Maine South High School to observe the athletic training room
facility. I had emailed the Head Athletic Trainer, Jerry Bornhoff prior to my attendance to make sure I
was allowed to shadow him for the day. A Maine South football game was scheduled for the
afternoon, and the facility was packed with football players. Throughout the time I was there, I made
