This document analyzes the performance of an artificial neural network (ANN) technique for forecasting the net asset values (NAVs) of four Indian mutual funds. It first selects relevant input variables from a pool of 13 macroeconomic and financial variables using principal component analysis to reduce redundancy. The ANN is then used to model and predict the NAVs of the four funds. Evaluation metrics like MAPE and RMSE indicate the ANN predictions match reasonably well with actual NAVs. Scatter plots of predicted and actual values also confirm the model fits the data well. The analysis shows ANN can effectively forecast mutual fund NAVs.
Assessment of prospective physician characteristics by SWOT analysis
This document summarizes a study that used SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats) analysis to assess the characteristics of 568 medical students in Thailand from 2008-2010. The analysis identified 4 key issues: not wanting to be a doctor, having inadequate medical skills, not wanting to work in rural areas, and wanting to pursue high-paying specialties. The percentages of students not wanting to be doctors or work in rural areas increased over the 3 years. The study concludes these attitudes could impact Thailand's ability to address its physician shortage if not addressed by medical schools through intervention.

for facial nerve paralysis which were correlated with House-Brackmann Grading System (HBGS). A
rigorous search of online databases such as Springer, Elsevier and IEEE was conducted from June, 2015
to November, 2016 to discover and analyze the previous works in facial nerve assessment methods for
facial paralysis. Several domains such as facial grading system and methods used to evaluate the facial
nerve function were extracted for further analysis. Different keywords were used to acquire the studies
based on the desire criteria. A total of 8 articles were identified and were analyzed for inclusion in this
search. In conclusion, this review has presented an initial overview for further improvements in objective
facial nerve assessment which has to be correlated with subjective assessment to make it more reliable
and useful in clinical practice.

supported. The target of this examination is to knowing of the existence of relation between organizational
spaces (structure of organizational, organizational responsibility, Productivity of managers, organizational
identity) and the organizational patronage of the leaders in administrations of West Azerbaijan. Generally
150 episodes of standard questioning in statistical society were done and 100 questioning for scrutiny
hypothesis were done. According to the normal data of Pearson’s coefficient to identify of the kind of the
quantity of relations between shifty was used. The result of this examination shows a direct relation
between organizational responsibility, manager’s productivity and organizational identity with
organizational patronage. But there is not any relation between organizational structure dimension and

This study aimed to identify the relationship between organizational space (organizational structure,
corporate responsibility, corporate support and productivity management) with senior administration
identity of corporate managers of West Azerbaijan. 150 standardized questionnaires were distributed
among population and 100 questionnaires were returned to test hypotheses. According to normal data, the
Pearson correlation coefficient used to determine the type and extent of the relationship between the
variables. The results show there is a direct relationship between corporate responsibility, productivity
management, organizational support and corporate identity. However, a significant relationship between
the dimensions of organizational structure and corporate identity does not exist. So we suggest that serious
efforts should be made in General Offices in West Azerbaijan by exercising efficiently management and
developing appropriate organizational space (with respect to the liability of agents, productivity
management and organizational support) in order to improve organizational identity administration.

This study examined the moderating effect of employees' growth need strength on the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction among bank employees in Sri Lanka. Survey data was collected from 62 bank staff measuring their perceptions of job characteristics, growth need strength, and job satisfaction. Hypotheses were tested using correlation and regression analysis. While job characteristics were positively related to job satisfaction, employees' growth need strength did not significantly influence this relationship. However, growth need strength was found to positively predict job satisfaction levels. The study provides insights into how growth motivation impacts satisfaction among bank employees in Sri Lanka.

The data were analyzed using several statistical tools such as Chi-square test, Z test, Percentage, T test. The result shown that the HRD climate in ICICI Bank is better than the Punjab National Bank. The Impact of Employee Engagement on Employee Retention
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employee engagement on employee retention. Employee engagement is a complex management concept that is becoming increasingly important. This helps organizations to take advantage of benefits associated with their organization. Overwork is a negative phenomenon that limits employee productivity. This study investigated the impact of employee engagement on employee retention and the mitigating relationship between employee engagement and employee retention. As a result, we found that there is an intermediary relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement and intention to leave. This means that while an employees job satisfaction increases as an employees work commitment increases, this work commitment tends to make the employee more willing to volatility. The sampling method chosen in this study was probabilistic sampling, as the researchers chose a descriptive study design. In this study, researchers collected data from respondents using a simple random sampling method lottery method . Using an interview design she collected a sample of 60 people. The survey concluded that 43.3 of respondents had moderate employee engagement, 40 had good employee engagement, and 16.7 had low employee engagement. Dr. P. This study investigated the relationships between motivation to lead (MTL), motivation to develop leadership (MTDL), and leaders' self-development (SDL) based on a survey of 102 workers. The results showed that workers' MTL positively impacted their MTDL and SDL. Additionally, the relationship between MTL and SDL was mediated by MTDL. In other words, high MTL led to greater MTDL, which then facilitated higher SDL. This research study addresses 4 effective factors on productivity through the correlation analysis. The statistical population includes the employees of the central office working in Iran Electrical Development Organization, who have been selected randomly, and their viewpoints were obtained by using the questionnaire. The results of research prove that paying attention to fundamental needs of the employees, their participation in decision-makings, staff teamwork in the work environment, and payment of fringe benefits to the employees will increase their productivity in the work environment. Further, as viewed by people with different educational levels and gender, the indices effective on productivity are different from each other.

Till the date many organizations introduce and moderate activities to retain their employees in same organization. The present study is to find out the level of employee job satisfaction in Safeway Dredging Enterprises. For this research work researcher adopt convenient sampling method to collect the data. A total of 100 employees were administered job satisfaction scales. Chi – square analysis were used for data analysis. The chi – square analysis test for independence at 0.05 level of significance shows that there is significantly significant association between experience wise classifications with their overall job satisfaction in the organization. On the basis of these findings, found that the huge experienced employees from the organization was getting satisfaction on their job.

and to make decisions. Dedahanov et al. (2019) claims that PLB and EE promotes innovative work
behaviour of employees. This positive impact can be enhanced by I-deals that are now trending in
manipulating job behaviours of employees. Recent studies conducted by Microsoft Japan on a four-day
working week claims that, not only the employees became happier and satisfied, they became productive
at workplace. These shortened working weeks and flexibility made employees more efficient and
productive at workplace (Paul, 2019). Leadership styles are now playing major roles in organizations and
are proved to be crucial factors for their success. PLB is a practical approach to get maximum out of
employees. According to Hornung, Rouseau, Glaser, Angerer, and Weigh (2011), loyalty and commitment
of employees are major outcomes of PLB. When employees are committed at workplace, their performance
boost ups which ultimately effects the organizational performance positively. This study is conducted to
observe and to describe the role of PLB on employee’s commitment level and how I-deals can mediate this
relationship in pharmaceutical sector. According to PPMA (2017), Pakistan’s pharmaceutical industry is
progressive, vibrant and future oriented. It consists of more than 700 manufacturing units, having 25-
multinational pharmaceutical units working in country. 70% of country’s demand of finished medicines is
been met by this sector and have shown a remarkable growth over last ten years and has export turnover of
more than 12 million and accounts for less than one percent of country’s GDP. To observe this productive
phenomenon of PLB, I-deals, EE, IWB and commitment in such a fast-growing sector can help to develop
positive outcomes for them.

This study examined the moderating effect of employees' growth need strength on the relationship between job characteristics and job satisfaction among bank employees in Sri Lanka. Survey data was collected from 62 bank staff measuring their perceptions of job characteristics, growth need strength, and job satisfaction. Hypotheses were tested using correlation and regression analysis. While job characteristics were positively related to job satisfaction, employees' growth need strength did not significantly influence this relationship. However, growth need strength was found to positively predict job satisfaction levels. The study provides insights into how growth motivation impacts satisfaction among bank employees in Sri Lanka.

The study of performance appraisal and HRD climate is very important for all the organization and the banking sector is not an exception, especially in the present situation of financial recession. The present study is an attempt to find out the importance of performance appraisal and the types of HRD climate that is prevailing in ICICI Bank and Punjab National Bank. The Researcher has also tried to find out the difference in the perception of the employees regarding performance appraisal and HRD climate on the basis of age, qualification and work experience. The researcher collected the data from the employees of the officer cadre of ICICI Bank and Punjab National Bank through a structured questionnaire. The data were analyzed using several statistical tools such as Chi-square test, Z test, Percentage, T test. The result shown that the HRD climate in ICICI Bank is better than the Punjab National Bank. The perception of the employees regarding appraisal system helps in identifying training needs do not differs significantly on the basis of work experience but it differs significantly on the basis of age and qualifications .The perception of the employees regarding kinds of appraisal preferred do not differs significantly on the basis of age and work experience but it differs significantly on the basis of qualifications.

The Impact of Employee Engagement on Employee Retention
The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employee engagement on employee retention. Employee engagement is a complex management concept that is becoming increasingly important. This helps organizations to take advantage of benefits associated with their organization. Overwork is a negative phenomenon that limits employee productivity. This study investigated the impact of employee engagement on employee retention and the mitigating relationship between employee engagement and employee retention. As a result, we found that there is an intermediary relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement and intention to leave. This means that while an employees job satisfaction increases as an employees work commitment increases, this work commitment tends to make the employee more willing to volatility. The sampling method chosen in this study was probabilistic sampling, as the researchers chose a descriptive study design. In this study, researchers collected data from respondents using a simple random sampling method lottery method . Using an interview design she collected a sample of 60 people. The survey concluded that 43.3 of respondents had moderate employee engagement, 40 had good employee engagement, and 16.7 had low employee engagement. Dr. P. 1) The paper presents a probability analysis of slope stability using the Monte Carlo simulation method to account for uncertainty in parameters like pore water pressure, cohesion, and internal angle of friction.
2) The results of the Monte Carlo simulation method are compared to other recognized methods of slope stability analysis like Bishop simplified, Fellenuis, Janbu simplified and corrected, Spencer and Lowe-Karafiath which use limit equilibrium.
3) The probability analysis finds that the failure probability is most affected by the standard deviation of pore water pressure, cohesion, internal angle of friction, and correlation coefficient between parameters, though individual limit equilibrium methods only account for one of these parameters in each analysis.

Healing is the body’s response to injury in an attempt to restore normal structure and functions.
Healing can occur in two ways: Regeneration and Repair
There are 4 phases of wound healing: hemostasis, inflammation, proliferation, and remodeling. This document also describes the mechanism of wound healing. Factors that affect healing include infection, uncontrolled diabetes, poor nutrition, age, anemia, the presence of foreign bodies, etc.

Organizational agility has been introduced as one of the factors determining job satisfaction recently. The present study aims at examining the relationship between organizational agility and the staff job satisfaction in central basement of social insurance fund. This is a descriptive and correlational study which has been done as a survey. Statistical population consists of 1034 staff of central basement of social insurance fund in 2011. Sampling has been regular cluster, 284 people has been selected as the sample of the research. To analyse data, descriptive and inferential statistics has been used, and the instrument has been the questionnaire of organizational agility and job satisfaction. The findings show that there is a significant relationship between organizational agility and its sub-components such as responsiveness, competence, flexibility, and quickness and job satisfaction. Keywords: Organizational Agility, Flexible organization, Job satisfaction, Organizational efficacy.
