NCFEF is a non-partisan, nonprofit organization that conducts impartial, objective research and analysis on candidates, campaigns, voter attitudes and demographic changes that impact North Carolina’s political landscape. Executive Director Joe Stewart presented to the Rotary Club of North Raleigh Wednesday August 19, 2015.

Russian anarchist and anti-war movement in the third year of full-scale warAntti Rautiainen
Anarchist group ANA Regensburg hosted my online-presentation on 16th of May 2024, in which I discussed tactics of anti-war activism in Russia, and reasons why the anti-war movement has not been able to make an impact to change the course of events yet. Cases of anarchists repressed for anti-war activities are presented, as well as strategies of support for political prisoners, and modest successes in supporting their struggles.

Evening Meeting
Common Questions
Is this a weekly meeting?
Yes
Do members have to attend both the lunch and the evening meeting?
No. Attend one or the other. Lunch members can attend both if they want. Evening
members can attend the lunch meeting for the cost of the lunch (currently $10).
How are the two groups related?
We’re all members of the same club, supporting the same charities and working on the
same projects.
8. Club of North Raleigh
Evening Meeting
Common Questions
Is this a conflict with the Midtown Club?
No. Different day. Different format. The Midtown club was founded to meet less
frequently. Ours is to offer an alternative time and enhance engagement.
Will the evening meeting cause a lot of lunch members to switch?
We think it will help existing members who normally do not attend lunches due to their
business schedules. Otherwise, we assume that lunch members will continue to attend
lunch meetings.
Are the dues different?
The actual dues are the same but there is no meal cost for the evening.
