We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

This is a presentation by Dada Robert in a Your Skill Boost masterclass organised by the Excellence Foundation for South Sudan (EFSS) on Saturday, the 25th and Sunday, the 26th of May 2024.
He discussed the concept of quality improvement, emphasizing its applicability to various aspects of life, including personal, project, and program improvements. He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. He also highlighted the importance of client focus and a team approach to quality improvement.

My research was effective to similar posters becauseI get to know about
stereotypes of disabled people and how movies portray them. Sometimes
there would be a disabled hero that defied the odds of their conditions like
ForrestGump. Some characters in films like that would hate their own lifestyle
and sometimes would get abused becauseof their disability. Itis featured on
my research on disability.
My research is relevant to a certain target audience because as my film is going
to be rated 15 becauseof strong language I haveto focus my film on teenagers
and adults as they are old enough by law to see this in a cinema. Itis featured
on my research on target audiences.
Teenagers and adults seem to have interest with mature content like strong
language and drug themes and somepeople could relate with the main
character because he is in a wheelchair.
My research shapes my creation of my film posters becauseI can use an image
of a wheelchair and the New York skylineto suggestwherethe film is set and
the possiblemain appearanceof the main character. I have to change Google
image settings to only show large images then I need to save it and drag the
image on the poster.
For my poster I need to copy and paste a large image of the New York skyline
as a creative decision becauseit shows wherethe film is set and I also use the
tagline ‘He’s got a wheelchair and he’s not afraid to useit’ justto make the film
sounding like a comedy.
The challenges I faced during the productions of my film posters are the
images being too small, the spacing of the features and the inability to print
the posters (I need to move it to a PDF file when I’mfinished to make it easier
to print).
My main film poster changes while I progress with it by adding more saved
images and to add moredetail by dragging the image justto make it more
appealing and more colourful.

My film poster follows the forms by appearing as a portrait, includes images of
main characters, includes a title, the names of the actors and the content
rating which is a 15.
My finished poster is successfulbecause everything is clear and a lot of people
would know what the film is about but the only problemwith the poster is that
it looks a little bit cheap and tacky.
The management of my film poster is effective becausethe images are big
enough to be seen and the location of the film is obvious. I could improveby
having the tagline appear in both posters notjustthe teaser (I could not fit the
tagline on my main poster).
