2. Hardware
In creating my product lots of different bits of hardware were used. But the main
one which helped me a lot was the Apple Imacs that we used to upload images
and they also had all the software that I needed to create my magazine.
Here is the mac that i used
with all my files and photos
on. It also has the software
like photoshop, Indesign and
Lightroom.

3. Camera
The camera was also one of the most important pieces of hardware that i used.
Without it I wouldn't have had one of the most important things in the magazine
and that's the photo of the model. Having the photos gives off the appeal to the
audience and draws them into the magazine.
It gave me images like these ones below.

4. Photoshop
Photoshop out of all the pieces of software I
used, this was the most used. Mainly because it
could do everything that was needed on both
my front cover and contents page. Could add
fonts with different colours and position them
and add layers on layers so things could
overlap. It allows you to add multiple images so
that's very important for something like a
contents page as it needs lots of images and
business.

5. Lightroom
Lightroom wasn't essential i could have
gone without it but it did add extra small
details and they also enhanced my
images to make them have that little bit
extra in them.

6. InDesign
InDesign was very important in creating the Double page spread as it allows you
to make the magazine look like a professional magazine as it focuses mainly on
text. It meant i could overlay text and have it wrapped around the image which is
something that all the professional magazines did.
Here you can see the text has been aligned in any
way i want that suits the style of my magazine. I
chose for the bold at the top with the sell line and
the main article perfectly aligned below.

7. The lights
The lights in the studio were great for getting that vibrancy in the photos and it
really enhanced the quality of them so they looked even better as all top
magazines have top quality images. So having these lights was very important
