I have learned several new technologies from creating my product: 1) I used a Nikon D3200 camera to take clear pictures and learned how to use settings for different shots. 2) I used Adobe Photoshop software to design my front cover, learning how to edit, crop, resize and position images as well as add and format text, having never used this software before. 3) For my contents page and double page spread, I used Quark Xpress software instead of Photoshop as it made the layout look more professional. I learned how to import and link text and images and position them neatly using the software's tools and guides.

2. Camera:
Nikon d3200
When producing my front cover, contents page and
double page spread, I need to have any clear and detail
pictures to present on my productions. So I used a
Nikon D3200 which is an well designed camera. In the
process of taken my pictures, I have leant new skills
when taking an image, such as how to use the right
setting for this percificate camera.

3. Photoshop:
Adobe Photoshop
When designing my front cover I used the software
Adobe Photoshop which made the process easier and
faster after learning how to use different tools as I
have never used this software before.
On this software I was able to learn how to editing and crop the background of an
image, I was able to learn how to resize an image, as well as move one document
to another document. I also learnt how to add different size text and change the
font of the text to make my front cover looks more professional.

4. Editing contents page
and double page spread:
Editing my contents page and double page spread on the software of Photoshop would
of made it unprofessional, so I instead used the software of Quark xpress; which made
my work look more skilled and neat. When using this software I was unknown on to
do, however I was able to learn new skills and improve my productions.
I learnt how to import text and link it through colums so it would flow and make the
text neat and lined up. I also learnt how to import pictures using the tools on the
software and making sure they were neatly line up together. As well with the help of
guides on the software, which help make my two produces look professional.
