The student used various online tools and technologies at different stages of their project. Google was used extensively for research and planning to examine examples of other regional magazines. Blogger allowed the student to present their research and final work online in an accessible and navigable way. Wix was used to create a website to advertise their magazine, taking advantage of templates and customization options. A Panasonic Lumix camera captured images despite limitations. Photoshop enabled editing of images after YouTube tutorials, and Facebook Messenger facilitated receiving feedback on the final piece.
