The document discusses the various media technologies used at different stages of a project. Scribd, Prezi, and Slideshare were used to upload documents and presentations. 3. Scribd.
• Scribd is very useful for uploading text documents to my
Tumblr account, I use it for two main reasons.
• I use it as it is much more user friendly than just
uploading text straight to the website, it meant that It
could be more accessible from the website for the
readers.

4. Prezi
• Prezi is an interactive software online that allows for a similar
feel to PowerPoint except it is more user friendly and is much
easier to access than many other formats.

5. Slideshare
• Slideshare is very useful for uploading PowerPoint documents
to my blog, there is no way to directly upload PowerPoints to
my blog without using Slideshare.
• Slide share is a very simple program that anyone can access
and use and it is very user friendly and has a great simplicity
to it.

6. Tumblr
• I chose to use Tumblr rather than blogger which is what the
majority of what my friends use as I found it easier to use as I
have more experience with it.
• Tumblr allows me to access the things I have posted in a much
more categorical way than what blogger was allowing me
to, and it allows me to customise it to the extent that I want it
to create it as attractive as possible.

7. Facebook
• On Facebook, my friends in my group and I had a Facebook
group chat in which we could communicate while away from
each other, this allowed us to talk to each other when one of
us is away or when we are home.
• It was very helpful for completing our video and coordinating
the group, as half of the group boards it means it is very
difficult to organise events within the group as when someone
is away they cannot just drive to the place needed. So
Facebook allowed us to be able to organise times when we
where all available.

8. Camera- Canon Ixus.
• The Camera we used was my own and is very good for what it
is, it is a small camera. But is able to film in HD 1080p which
allowed the video to be as high quality as possible, this in turn
made the editing process easier.
• It made the editing process easier as it meant we could see all
the details that we may of not been able to see using a lower
quality camera.

9. Photoshop
• Photoshop allowed for us to make the magazine cover, digipak
and to edit certain parts of our music video to make them
more detailed.
• Using Photoshop I have learnt so much about it, using the
Shadow drop tool, burn tool, airbrushing, Learning about
layers, the text tool, magic wand and how to duplicate.

10. Sony Vegas
• Song Vegas was the editing software we used in our music
video, it is very user friendly, so it was very easy to learn how
to use, and because of this, we successfully made our music
video that we are very proud of
• Although it was easy to learn how to use, there were still
difficult moments, and I have overcome them and learnt how
to render videos, use Special FX like Fish eye, upping contrast,
making the video shake and overlapping different sounds to
create a better feel to the video as a whole
