2. ◦ We used a 4 panel 1 tray Digipak with a spine
We used this as we believed most CD’s use a similar casing
and it allows us to show the urban settings in each square.
3. The album to me connotes a sense of freedom, sitting on the green so
relaxed and comfortable shows they are freeing themselves from
society. I believe the cover is eye catching and very appealing and it
also connotes a story which only your eyes can tell.
4. In this picture my group member Lynette Carty
managed to capture a picture of Me & Deon Hunte in an
urban looking alley way, we decided to make this the
inside cover as we wanted to present the urban mis en
scene throughout our project.
5. Like the rest of the pictures we have involved in the
album cover it symbolises an urban environment , this
picture actually stands out from the rest because the
gravity is very creative.
6. We chose this picture to be the back of our digipak as it is
meant to give the audience the belief we are walking away as
it is another day in life of an urban individual.
7. The cover of the album cover shows the busy
streets in Camden, it goes well with what we
shot as they both show diversity and culture.
8. We purposely tried found a picture that is relevant to our music
video and I believe we did this with our poster, the wet long road in
Camden looks very good as it connotes a sense of direction. The
poster makes the audience want to watch the music video as it has
the audience want to know where the empty road leads to. The
poster and final product are really effective as one sets the story off
as a teaser and the other lets it all out.
9. The poster and the digipak have similar
features from one another they are both
images of an urban area and I believe they
both catch the audiences attention from the
lovely consistent colours that are involved
throughout.
