 He is very carful, get Jamie of guard and captures her. He is kept mysterious.

 Cruel? Jamie is shown beaten up meaning he probably did it.
 Smart? Get away undetected, manages to kidnap Jamie. Cyber-bullies Jamie.
 He’s been portrayed as mysterious and anonymous, not much is known about him
just like a real criminal. Can be seen unpredictable and cruel. The views probably
wouldn't expecting him to be in the car.
 He is the antagonist of the story therefore he would obviously be view negatively.
