1. The masthead of the double page
spread is the name of the artist who
is being interviewed in the magazine.
It anchors down to the audience who
the article is about.
I have added a
brief
description
about who the
artist is and
what they are
talking about
in the
interview.
I kept my
interview
layout
consistent with
the questions
being in purple
and the
answers being
in black text.
The reason I have chosen to use
these colours on my double page
spread was because it went well
with the colours on the images I
have used, I think this makes it seem
more professional.
I have used images of the artist in
quite casual poses, this ties in with
what is being said in the interview. I
have placed them where they are
because I think they stand out.
I set my
magazine article
out into small
columns
because this is
consistent with
not only music
but all
magazines.
I have used two pull quotes on my double
page spread this helps make the magazine
seem more professional as well as making part
of the text stand out which would appeal to
the audience.
