Although a big part of German exports consist of low technology products, almost all
research about factors influencing internationalisation of new ventures, has been done
focusing on companies that operate in the high technology industry. The environment
in which these firms operate is very different from the environment in which low
technology firms operate. High technology firms face high R D costs, short product
life cycles and mostly operate in niche markets (Knight Cavusgill, 2004). These
conditions are very different for low tech firms (Evers, 2010). Here, R D costs and
product life cycles play no significant role. Since studies about new venture
internationalisation are so heavily grounded in the high tech sector, little is known
about the factors that affect the internationalisation of firms in the low tech sector.
This raises the possibility that past findings do not generalize equally well to all
economic sectors (Zahra George, 2002). Furthermore, little research has been done
about how environmental factors influence new venture internationalisation, and
more research is necessary to find out how these factors influence early
internationalisation (Fernhaber, 2007). Environmental factors are factors that a firm

Spewack at the McGuire Pavilion in Gainesville. The musical is about how two
famous actors who were once married, but divorced and are now going to get
remarried collaborate with a few up and coming actors for Shakespeare s The
Taming of the Shrew. However, there are problems backstage between the crew due
to their affairs. Fred Graham, who is played by Thomas Nightingale, is about to
remarry his ex wife and he an actor, director, and producer for The Taming of the
Shrew. Louis Lane is portrayed by Brittany Bennett and her character comes off as
incoherent and the audience sees her relationship with her boyfriend who has a
gambling problem. Nightingale is very effective at showing his characters true
feelings toward his future wife, but Bennett does a better job depicting her character.
In act one, Nightingale first shows his abilities when he is on stage going back and
forth from directing to acting. He was very good at directing and this was seen
through the way he used his voice and facial expressions to demand the respect and
attention from the other actors. His confidence and strong voice made it clear that
he was the one in charge. He also made sure to flirt with Bennett s character while he

This mountain range is called the Himalayas. Snow leopards are located between

Damien Hirst for example has pushed boundaries with his unconventional use of

St. Thomas Aquinas, was born near Naples, Italy, in 1225. Educated in the
Dominican Order in Paris and Cologne, he devoted his life to the knowledge of God.
He died in 1274, was canonized in 1323. In 1567 he was proclaimed a Doctor of the
Universal Church (NCE 14:13 29).
Martin Luther, was born on the 10th of November in 1483 in the Holy Roman
Empire. He was baptized as Catholic, but he became a significant figure in the
Protestant Reformation. He was a professor of theology, writer, and a monk who
dedicated himself to the Augustinian order. He died on the 18th of February in 1546
and was buried in Wittenberg.
Between the times of Aquinas birth and Luther s death was a 300 year period of
decline in the Catholic Church. While these two people lived centuries apart, they
both significantly contributed to the Catholic Church in many ways, some similar
and others very different.
Aquinas was truly a theologian rather than a philosopher even though he is often
thought as a philosopher. He never truly characterized himself as a philosopher.
Nonetheless, much of his work consists of philosophical topics, and is characterized
as philosophical most of the time. Aquinas philosophical thought has exerted
enormous influence on Christian theology preceding him, especially that of the
Roman Catholic Church.

This is true in the novel and film Gone Girl, written by Gillian Flynn and directed by
David Fincher. This novel/film recounts the details of the protagonist, Nick Dunne, as
he tries to find his missing wife Amy. Throughout the film, Flynn and Fincher present
many plot twists, ultimately leading to the possibility of, although not directly stated,
Amy Dunne s diagnosis of a mental disorder. Thus, the film recollects many of the
difficulties/symptoms faced by those with mental disorders as well as the stigma
associated with these individuals.

life filled with family and close friends. Nick Dunne first meets his wife Amy in

fulfilling through illusions then facing their own reality. When a person is unable to
reconcile the conflict between their illusions and reality, their illusions may be altered
to meet the truth of their existence. However, when reality reasserts itself, an
individual may not be able to reconcile with the conception that their illusionis not an
actual reality but just an imagination. An imagination could conceal the sufferings
that an individual may be enduring. Sufferings can put a burden of emotions on an
individual and make them feel like there s no place for them in the world. In the
short story, Miss Brill by Katherine Mansfield, the character of Miss Brill upholds
an idea to live in a world of illusions. Her illusions allow her reality to disappear but
her reality is nowhere near the imaginary world she is living in. Therefore, when a
person is desperate for a better sense of reality rather than a lonely and tiresome
one, they will try to produce their own illusion and obscure their reality, to live in
their own illusion. Miss Brill alters her perception of reality to avoid facing
