How did you score on the assessment, and what was your initial reaction to your score and
interpretation?
I scored a 29.2 which put me in a very good: your effectiveness as a leader is high category. I do
not know if I was surprised by my score, I think I was more worried about being as truthful as I
thought I could be on scoring myself. I have only one time been in a management position and it
was when I was very young and dumb. I was an an assitant manager for a telemarketing company.
I was mouthy and rude and only cared about the bottom line, which was sales and call volume.
