Over many years there has been many conceptual theories devised to help explain the reasons
why there is trade within the world accompanied by the possibilities that gains could or could not
be made. This piece of work will examine four main theories put forward by Adam Smith
(Absolute advantage, 1776) which was then expanded on by David Ricardo with his theory of the
Ricardian Model (Comparative advantage, 1817). Also including the Heckscher Ohlin model
(relative factor abundance, 1919, 1933) and the ideas of New Trade Theory (Economies of Scale

explanations truly explain the reasons of trade theory.
Absolute advantage was an idea suggest by Adam Smith in 1817. The theory behind absolute
advantage suggests that if a country is highly skilled and efficient in producing a certain good
with the fewer resources, then it is believed that a specific country has an absolute advantage in
the production of that good (Sloman Garratt, 2013). However Absolute advantage can only occur
if the country using its resources for a specific good/service does so efficiently otherwise no gains
are made from trading. Although it can be argued that the idea of Absolute advantage does not

The 1967 referendum concerned the amendment of the discriminatory clauses regarding the
Indigenous race within the Australian constitution. Although the 1967 referendum led to the
increased awareness of the Indigenous disadvantage, the referendum only had a moderate impact on
the advancement of Indigenous rights, due to the slow progression of legislation and
implementation of changes that addressed Indigenous disadvantage. Leading up to the 1967
referendum, Indigenous Australians faced many political and social restrictions rendering them
second classed citizens, hence the majority of campaigns in favour of the yes vote emphasised these
issues to the public eye. Although the referendum yielded a yes vote of 90.77%, the immediate
repercussions following this referendum saw no significant difference to the lives of Indigenous
Australians. Furthermore, in contemporary Australian times, the inclusivity of Indigenous
Australians in the census coupled with the addition of legislation in addressing the Indigenous
disadvantage has built the foundation necessary to further Indigenous rights. Thus, the 1967

the perfect articles and videos to get important and correct information. How many animals die

question: How can I convince people to help stop others from killing the animals for no reason?
Once I finished my research, I understood that in some way it is possible to help stop animal
poaching. One of the biggest problems going on right now is that illegal hunters are killing
endangered animals just because of their skin or just as a trophy hunt. It may not seem like it more
and more animals are becoming close to being endangered to almost extinct. This is happening all
because of one thing that makes a chain of events, that is just killing the animals. The problems that
it causes is lack of food, extinction, and lack in reproducing. The reasons that those are problems
is because the lack of food means that the animals in the food chain that die that are supposed to
be food for other animals are dying and can t feed the other animals, and they die from starvation
and it will eventually destroy the whole food chain. With the food part being said the animals
