cooperate effectively. For example, the governor of Louisiana, Kathleen Blanco, addressed the issue

Surely if God created all pleasures, then all pleasures are good, and thus, sin cannot exist. However,
each person possess free will, and with that free will, must choose a path that brings them to God.
Therefore, without some temptations, free will would be rather pointless, as everyone would
forcibly be in the grace of God.
While that s a possibility, a much more likely reason is presented in the Screwtape Letters.
Which is, once again, that demons corrupt that which God has already establish. Screwtape is
constantly telling Wormwood how to use and abuse the free will which God has given humans,
and even mentions at one point how easy it would be for God to just draw everyone to him, but
how it would violate free will. So really, it is a combination of both free will and God punishing
those who fall from his path and allow themselves to be controlled by demons.
In conclusion, all pleasures were made by God. They were not intended to be sin, however,
demons corrupted them into sin, to draw people into their domain. Humans, having free will, are
freely influenced off the path to God into that sin, by demons. In Screwtape Letters, Screwtape

Life is a jungle, a beautiful, colorful landscape, often painted with harsh conflict and oppression.
Navigating forward requires keeping healthy relationships with the community and those close to
you, maintaining focus on your true identity, and not losing sight of larger than life goals. These
ideals are the message that Kendrick Lamar wishes to bestow upon whomever experiences his latest
album, To Pimp A Butterfly.
Kendrick s story originates in Compton, a jungle at its core, where he learned that survival depends

crowd to join together. Unfortunately, his message seems to initially fall on deaf ears. Instead of
listening, the crowd continues to fight over how to fix the problems in their community, rather than
unite to fight them together. As he continues to speak, the crowd becomes quieter, and Kendrick

named Jerry. Lessing turns Jerry s and his mother s relaxing vacation into a serious one with the

the tunnel, as well as similes and personification regarding Jerry s attitude towards the adventure;
