BOQ MANAGEMENT
BOQ serves as the contract between
the client and contractor, for the work
defined by customer.
BOQ’s are required for the
completion of task and supplies
used in project completion.
BOQ consist of activities/item that
needs to be done while the execution
of project with all the supplies
required to do to activity, along with
labour and cost requirements.
It allows the parallel management
of sale and customers.
