9th Primary School of Ioannina Intercultural education School:Dissemination of the results of an Erasmus + KA1 project entitled : ' Valorising refugee students' identity as a vehicle of enhancing intercultural communication and learning"
This article refers to the inter-school cooperation between two primary schools of Nea Karya and Eratino-Petropigi-Pondolivado, which was implemented in three axes and specifically: 1) a collection was made by schools for sending food and other essentials to refugees from Syria, 2) a poster was created by the pupils on refugee issues and 3) a musical event on refugees, presented at the Municipal Theatre of Chrysoupoli, was held with the collaboration of the two schools. These actions are part of the program “Values of Life”, held from December 2015 to May 2016 with the cooperation of all primary schools of the 3rd region of the Prefecture of Kavala. Intercultural education is a necessity in the context of modern multicultural societies, in order to lay the foundations for the orderly and harmonious coexistence of heterogeneous cultural groups. The development of aesthetic education courses in primary school is of paramount importance for the students' intercultural sensitisation, the expression of their feelings and their critical self-reflection.

Πολυπολιτισμικό Νηπιαγωγείο: Η εκπαίδευση ως μέσο επιβεβαίωσης, αναπαραγωγής και διεύρυνσης των κοινωνικών ανισοτήτων ή μέσο για την υλοποίηση ενός ρεαλιστικού πολιτισμικού πλουραλισμού.

Παρουσιάζεται η αξιολόγηση του εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος eTwinning project "My dear LADIES" που υλοποιήθηκε το Σχολικό 2018-2019. Ήταν αποτέλεσμα μίας όμορφης συνεργασία μεταξύ μαθητών από δύο χώρες, την Ελλάδα και την Ουκρανία. Με τους μαθητές μου από το 20ο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Αιγάλεω δημιουργήσαμε εκπαιδευτικό υλικό και παρουσιάσεις, ένα μικρό δείγμα από τα οποία συμπεριλαμβάνω στην αξιολόγηση του έργου.

The eTwinning project "My dear LADIES" was realized during the School year 2018-2019. It was the result of a beautiful collaboration between Schools from Greece and Ukraine. Here is presented the evaluation by Theodora Chandrinou from Athens, Greece. We received Quality labels - eTwinning awards for our efforts and we all had a precious, creative experience! A small selection of the results in fotos is included in this presentation.

The 9th Experimental Primary School of Intercultural Education of Ioannina completes a 15-month Erasmus+ KA121 programme within the framework of the Erasmus+ 2021-2027 Accreditation that the school unit has. The school's teachers focused on harnessing the potential of digital technology to effectively integrate technology in the classroom while empowering students to develop digital skills. Two mobilities were implemented, in Verona: "The Best Digital Tools for Language Teachers,. and in Berlin: "Pathways to Become a Digitally Competent Educator", with training on the use of digital tools in the classroom. Upon their return, the participants, in cooperation with the pedagogical team, were responsible for the dissemination of the results to the educational community. In particular, the teachers presented the content of the training, created original work plans, which they implemented in the classroom, and looked for ways to use the new knowledge to contribute to the digital upgrading of their educational work. The generated results of the real-time implementation of the above projects in the classroom are presented on the school's website and in social media and communication. The present project is part of the planning for the qualitative upgrading of the school unit within the framework of the Erasmus+ Accreditation 2021-2027 and was implemented to meet the third objective set by the school. As this is a long-term plan, all objectives are interrelated and their satisfaction is part of an overall planning and coordinated effort.

The design of this interdisciplinary experiential project was based on the need to offer a higher quality of education and the search for ways to connect school with life. In particular, the starting point was to link the pedagogical dimension of its implementation with the technological one, so that the participating teachers could develop professionally and the students could reap the greatest possible benefits. Ways were sought so as to study the subject in a multifaceted way, combining as many scientific fields as possible, in order to help students develop language literacy, communication skills and intercultural awareness.
Σενάριο διδασκαλίας- project - βασισμένο στη συμμετοχή των δημιουργών του, εκπαιδευτικών στο 9ο Δημοτικό Σχολείο Ιωαννίνων Διαπολιτισμικής Εκπαίδευσης, σε επιμόρφωση με θέμα τις νέες τεχνολογίες στην αίθουσα.
Τίτλος του σεναρίου: « Τα φυτά του τόπου μας και υγιεινή διατροφή»
Το σενάριο απευθύνεται σε μαθητές της Β’ και Γ’ τάξης Δημοτικού σχολείου.
Το θέμα είναι συμβατό με το ΔΕΠΠΣ και το ΑΠΣ, εφόσον αποτελεί θέμα διδακτικής ενότητας του γνωστικού αντικειμένου της Μελέτης του Περιβάλλοντος και οι στόχοι που τίθενται άπτονται του συγκεκριμένου αναλυτικού προγράμματος. Οι μαθητές καλούνται να να αναγνωρίζουν και να ενδιαφέρονται για τα φυτά του άμεσου περιβάλλοντός τους, να διακρίνουν την ποικιλομορφία των φυτών και να κάνουν απλές ταξινομήσεις.
