This document lists equipment used for a music video project including a camera, mobile phone, tripod, and computer software. Makeup, lights, and a background were used to enhance photoshoots. Photos and footage were edited using Photoshop and iMovie and shared online using YouTube, Blogger, and SlideShare. Various equipment like a tripod, lights, and reflector helped produce high quality photos and video footage.

3. Camera (Canon EOS 650D)
The Camera we use is to take photos of
our actors/models for our photoshoots
for various things such as our digipack
and magazine advert, we also use this
camera to video our music video.
Within the camera is the SD Card so we
can then put all footage and photos
onto our laptops/computer.

4. Mobile Phone (IPhone 6)
We used this to take behind the
scenes footage of things such
as filming and photoshoots, we
also used a feature on the
IPhone called ‘Time Lapse’ to
create a short video of behind
the scenes of our photoshoot
and filming.
We also used this to film some
footage of our music video, to
then in which we put straight
onto the MacBook.

5. Tripod
We used a Tripod to film
still shots of actors, and
to take still photos, the
tripod helped us keep the
camera steady therefore
it was easy to film and
makes it look more
professional.

6. Websites
Blogger:
We use Blogger to create our own blog.
Within this blog we have all our research and
planning and put on final music video and
evaluation on.
YouTube:
We used YouTube for things such as Music Video
analysis, research tasks and also to upload different
footage videos so that it was easy to imbed into
our blogs.

7. Makeup
We used different types of makeup for
our different actors, for example we
used darker colours on our main actor
and lighter colours on our other actor,
this is to fit in with the theme of our
‘Black swan, white swan’ idea.
Makeup is important because it really
helped to enhance our actors
characters.

8. MacBook/Computer
We used a MacBook to edit our video on,
and we used a computer to do all our
research on and to create our blogs etc.
We can use things such as PowerPoint,
Photoshop, Prezi, slide share etc. on the
computer to make our work better instead
of it all being handwritten.

9. Notebook/Pen
We used a notebook and pen to
write down any rough ideas we
had for the music video and to
just write down any necessary
notes to remember throughout
the whole process.

10. PowerPoint/Word/Prezi/Office 365
PowerPoint:
We used PowerPoint to put any research or
planning on, this is used so we can use things
such as slide share to put onto our blogs, we
used this so that we weren’t always just using
word to put all our work on.
Word:
We used word to create any draft blog posts, and to write down any
notes for our music video etc.
Prezi:
We used Prezi as another platform to produce our work
on.
Office 365:
We used office 365 to email various
different things to each other, for
example group work and photographs.

11. Photoshop
We used Photoshop for things
like editing photographs from
photoshoots and creating
things such as posters,
digipacks, magazine advert
etc.

12. SD Card
An SD card is inside the camera and
saves photographs and footage, we
use the SD card to save our work and
put into a computer so we can
transfer our work onto it.

13. Slide share
We used slide share so that
any power points with
planning or research on, we
could use slide share so we
could put the PowerPoint
onto our blogs.

14. Lights
We used different lights within our photoshoot
and some filming so that it looks professional
and is clear to see. We used a various amount of
different lights to gain a different amount of light
during our photoshoots.
We set up our own studio with things such as
lights, background, tripod etc. so that we could
create a photoshoot and a filming location.

15. Background
We used a background for various different
things such as, the interviews, photoshoots,
filming etc.
We used a background so that it looked more
professional and so that the actors/models
stood out.
We used a white background because we felt
as a group that this looked the best.

16. Light reflector
We used a light reflector for our
photoshoot of our actors/models, we
did this to reflect light on different
angles of the person we were shooting
to gain a better photograph that looked
more professional.
