2. Final cut express is the software that we used to edit our main video production, its used by apple Macs instead of Windows. It’s a great software and made our video come together well with a series of different edits, voice over's and a soundtrack, we were all very please with the outcome of the finished product This is where the stop motion was added, each shot has to be put in individually, we used the chroma key to increase the vibrancy of the word ‘stigma’ in the stop motion shots Here we used the colour correction to change the colour of part of the shot, connoting the plain, dark colours surrounding the alcoholic and the good people around him We used the text tool to write in the title and the commentary throughout the film, in this we were able to change fonts and colour

3. Photoshop is a print editing software where you can basically do anything you want with print productions. The software allowed us to look at different techniques and see what would look the best for our print productions, the finished outcome was very good with the two ancillary tasks looking very real and conventional We used the lasso tool and the colour tools to cut out the stigma puzzle and change the colour of each piece making it stand out connoting the important of the stigma with in the video Once the text was on we used the burn tool to give the writing a distressed effect around the word addiction to show the distressing effect of the addiction on alcoholics Finally when finished we blurred some of the writing by using the blur tool in the edit section. This showed the blurriness of the issue raise and how it can be seen in different ways

4. In-Design is a document editing software that is specially made for editing texts, its like Photoshop but for text and not images. The program allowed us to create a realistic and convention film review because of the special tools that were available, we explored these and looked at what would look best for our review. In design and Photoshop are linked so we could easily edit images and transfer them over to In-Design into the review We used the writing tool and the positioning tool to write out the review to make sure I had space to place all of the text and fit the images in I edited the images in Photoshop, using the lasso, transformed the colour tools to edit the images before I transferred them into In-Design, In design is not programmed to edit images so I edited them in Photoshop I used the text wrapping tool throughout the review, as reviews conventionally have the text wrapping round the images showing the strong link between the two

5. To take all of the pictures for the construction process I used my cannon Power shot SX 200 IS. This was the same camera used in the planning process and has a very impressive spec. We used it to take all of the photos to show our production process, this included the actors, the doctor, the video camera in action and screen shots of the film in process. The images that we got were great and some were used for the magazine review and poster to show the brand identity link between the three products
