2.  Businesses are all about making money right?
However they should also try to help the
earth by being environmental friendly.
 First of all, most business use a lot of paper
which means many trees are being cut down.
 If business use online programs and email to send
documents then the amount of paper used would
be cut down.

3.  A lot of technology is used in a business
which is awesome, however if the business
contently throw away old technology it will
create a lot of e-waste
 E-waste is anything with a circuit board that is
thrown away by consumers.

4.  E-waste includes:
 House hold appliance
 Technology equipment
 Telecommunication equipment
 Audio-visual equipment
 Electrical/ electronic device

6.  If the technology is still usable you could:
 Give technology to another part of the business
 Try to sell it
 Donate it to charity
 Keep some parts to reuse it
 Recycle it

7.  If the technology is too old and you have to dispose
of it here are some options:
Incineration/open Burning
-Both these ways include burning the technology, which
releases carbon monoxide and can cause pollution
Land filling
-The solid waste are put into large hole in the ground. Can
have leakage problems
Digital dumping
-Exporting outdated/obsolete equipment to developing
countries. This is illegal in some countries.

businesses can be a bit more environmental
friendly.
