The Geneva area has mostly lost it’s prototyping
ecosystem.
It’s not in great shape for the Internet of Things.
Even industries like watches and jewellery are too
traditional to innovate.

A FabLab provides a shared resource for the
entrepreneurial community: digital fabrication
equipment and expertise for physical prototyping
and small production runs.
An entrepreneurial FabLab is part of the
collaborative economy, sitting alongside co-
working spaces as a resource for local
entrepreneurs starting their activities.
