This document provides instructions for students to explore potential career options. This week, students will brainstorm 10 potential careers and choose 3 to research in more detail. They will use the Fast Tomato online career assessment tool to help identify careers that match their skills and interests. After completing the Fast Tomato assessment, students will receive career suggestions to further explore and will fill out a career options sheet to plan how to achieve their career goals.

• Brainstorm 10 potential careers that you might be interested in
• Choose 3 that would be most appealing
• Write down what skills you have that would apply to these jobs
• What skills would you need to work on?

• You now need to use Fast Tomato to help you choose the sort of
careers that would be appropriate to your skills, interests and abilities

Tomato website.

advise you based
on your responses
